I have been a client at the practice since May 2015 and have been thoroughly impressed by the clinical care and professionalism of Dr. Kuhn and the other clinic staff. They are excellent at getting my pets worked in for acute issues as well as for routine care and boarding.
Just a few of the reasons I would recommend them. . .
1) They love both dogs AND cats (some clinics seem to favor the dogs more)
2) The vet techs and front desk are personable and get to know your animals well. I always feel comfortable letting my animals board there.
3) Great diagnostic skills -- they found two very small cataracts on my young cat and promptly got her referred to the ophthomalogist. The ophthomalogist was very impressed that they caught them as he felt most vets might have missed it on exam.
4) They were extremely kind and supportive when it was that "time" for one of my pets. They truly did all they could to help give my pet a "good life" as well as a "good death."
5) I have never experienced any pressure to purchase unnecessary products or unnecessary testing. Dr. Kuhn and his staff are very clear about risks and benefits of various testing as well as the cost of the testing and products.

We are so glad that we found Bay Animal Clinic. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and Dr. Kuhn is the best vet we've ever had. He takes such good care of our dog, Phoebe, and always makes sure to answer all our many questions. He is very thorough and goes the extra mile for our pet. The hours of the practice are convenient as is the ability to order supplies and medication from the clinic website. We can't recommend Dr. Kuhn and Bay Animal Clinic enough!

We are so glad that we found Bay Animal Clinic. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and Dr. Kuhn is the best vet we've ever had. Nice facility. Friendly staff. Great hours and easy/quick appointments. Full disclosure of costs before visits/vaccinations/surgeries. No surprises. They got my cat a same day appointment when she suddenly became very sick. My previous vet had no openings for over a week. Dr. Kuhn is now our vet and we're very happy. We have 3 cats and a dog and we can order prescriptions and food through the clinic's website which is very convenient.

The staff at Bay Animal Clinic is friendly and caring. When leaving my dog for an overnight stay she is always excited to see her friends there and happy/healthy when I pick her up. Dr. Kuhn has been very thorough and kind, even calling after an appointment/new meds to make sure Bella was getting better. Highly recommend Bay Animal Clinic for a top quality, professional clinic to care for all of your pets.

All around disappointment. The ladies at the front desk looked like they hated their job. We got sat in a room and was greeted not too long by a vet tech. Was immediately trying to sell us stuff over ...
All around disappointment. The ladies at the front desk looked like they hated their job. We got sat in a room and was greeted not too long by a vet tech. Was immediately trying to sell us stuff over and over again. She took my dog out of the room for a couple test and I could hear my dog breathing heavily and the vet tech screaming stop in a very mean voice. I understand with dogs you have to be assertive but she was past that. She brought my dog back in the room with poop all over her and didn't offer a towel or anything to help clean her. At that point I was done. Atlast we meet the vet. Who was also playing salesman and just kept trying to talk us into buying stuff over and over again. Will definitely not be bringing my pets back here.

Great vets! Have been taking our kitty there for 10 years and always have a good experience. They have sweet, friendly staff. Our kitty has had two surgeries over the years and both turned out fine. Have seen Dr. Luckie and Dr. Kuhn and both are very sweet and good with our cat. Nice, clean facilities if kitty has to overnight. Very knowledgeable and they do not recommend a lot of unnecessary treatments or tests.

I have been a client at the practice since May 2015 and have been thoroughly impressed by the clinical care and professionalism of Dr. Kuhn and the other clinic staff. They are excellent at getting my pets worked in for acute issues as well as for routine care and boarding.

Nice facility. Friendly staff. Great hours and easy/quick appointments. Full disclosure of costs before visits/vaccinations/surgeries. No surprises. They got my cat a same day appointment when she suddenly became very sick. My previous vet had no openings for over a week. Dr. Kuhn is now our vet and we're very happy. We have 3 cats and a dog and we can order prescriptions and food through the clinic's website which is very convenient.

Was immediately trying to sell us stuff over and over again. She took my dog out of the room for a couple test and I could hear my dog breathing heavily and the vet tech screaming stop in a very mean voice.
