We got two male kittens here. Or so we thought. We already had one tom, and I was adamant that we get males. "Oh, yes," they said. Both. Cats. Female. So yeah, if you want to trust a place that can't properly sex an animal, go for it.

Having 23 cats and 5 dogs, I had used various vets in the past, but we finally found our last one with Dr. Thompson and his staff. He saved one of our cats from a neurological problem he developed over night. Since, Dr. Thompson has been able to diagnose and fix any problems we've had with our fur babies.

I've used Gardendale Pet Clinic for at least 20 years and have never had a problem. Dr Thompson and his staff have always been very gracious and have taken very good care of all my animals. I can't imagine anyone being rude. For what you pay to walk through the door at the emergency clinic you should not have to wait.

I've used this pet clinic for as long as I can remember. My parents use it and now I use it. I've always had wonderful things to say about it. But, today, I called to ask if they might treat pet rats ...
I've used this pet clinic for as long as I can remember. My parents use it and now I use it. I've always had wonderful things to say about it. But, today, I called to ask if they might treat pet rats (they don't, which is understandable and absolutely fine). My point is, I called and asked and before I could even get my question out the woman at the desk answering phones said no and hung up on me. Like I was a burden for asking a simple question. I understand sometimes they're busy but there is never an acceptable excuse to be rude. I couldn't hear the woman's name otherwise I'd put it on. But I have never had someone be rude to me like that. It was very appalling.

He saved one of our cats from a neurological problem he developed over night. Since, Dr. Thompson has been able to diagnose and fix any problems we've had with our fur babies.
