from the moment you enter from the front end person, to each of the nurses, and the doctors (I'm sorry, I can't recall names; I met the lady vet, my husband met the gentleman vet on his previous visit), they are all wonderful young ladies and gentleman. they were so sweet to our dog and made him feel comfortable. now there won't be apprehension if he has to come back in the future.

I am so glad we found Dr. Billings and Grant Animal Clinic. The doctors and staff are so helpful and caring; it's obvious they put the animals first. We've used them for everything from basic vaccinations to complex surgery like removing a cat's eye. (She had an untreatable cataract that was causing her a lot of pain - I attached a post-surgery photo). The outcomes of all treatments have been great and we appreciate how they work to control costs. They carefully explain the risks and benefits of all bloodwork and other treatments before doing it and tell you how much it's going to cost.
The clinic is almost an hour drive away from our house, but the excellent staff, great care, and affordable health care cost makes it worth the drive.
Try them! You won't be sorry!

I have lived all over the United States and still continue to bring my dogs to Dr. Billings and Grant Animal Clinic every opportunity possible - even driving one from Connecticut! It's not that I didn't have access to other vets, it's that when I had to use other vets, I realized even more what an exceptional staff and facility this was and continues to be. I now live in Portland, OR and made a point to bring my dog from Knoxville, TN to get a complete check-up and evaluation prior to the move.

I have taken most of my pets to Grant Animal Clinic since moving here in 2003. The staff has always been kind and understanding. I had to take my fur baby, Cocoa, and have her put to sleep a couple weeks ago. They were full of empathy and understanding and actually mailed me a sympathy card. They may be a little expensive, compared to other vets in the area, but they are full of love and compassion when it comes to pets. Thank you for the sympathy card, y'all.

5 stars, more like billions! We love Grant Animal Clinic. I truly could not sing enough praises about GAC's office and staff! Dr.Billings & Dr. Cruger are AMAZING! We have been long time patients here, and have always receiver above and beyond care and treatment. Today I had to bring my sick pup in, they were able to get us in quickly and since receiving care from Dr.Cruger my little guy has made a huge turn around in just a few hours! THANK YOU SO MUCH! If you are looking for a wonderful, affordable, trusting, kind, and knowledgable clinic, this is the place for your family!

I have used Dr.Billings since 1994. No complaints at all! They love all my animals , including my Pitt. They have to take normal precautions as animals come in and out, but treat her like any other do...
I have used Dr.Billings since 1994. No complaints at all! They love all my animals , including my Pitt. They have to take normal precautions as animals come in and out, but treat her like any other dog and love on her. If grant was closer , they would still be my vet. I still use them for any surgical needs, and second opinions. Love all the doctors, and the staff !!

I am so glad we found Dr. Billings and Grant Animal Clinic. The doctors and staff are so helpful and caring; it's obvious they put the animals first. We've used them for everything from basic vaccinations to complex surgery like removing a cat's eye. I had to take my fur baby, Cocoa, and have her put to sleep a couple weeks ago. They were full of empathy and understanding and actually mailed me a sympathy card.
