Love the whole staff and service. Very friendly and passionate about the care of the owners and their pets. For regular visitors in times of emergency/hardship. They are willing to treat pets and work on payments with larger vet costs. Most vets in this area won't look at your animal without atleast pet insurance or a certain amount up front. They have saved a rescue and a pet of my own. That willingness to still see me and my pets without the issue of money made me choose them as my go to. They understand my furbabies are my family and I can tell how they respond to me and my pets that they feel the same way. Very rude and insensitive staff. We called to ask about having our twelve year old lab put out of pain. We were told they didn't have time for us much less to do a house call. We admit they are not our primary vet and had never used services before. Because of the location, we were considering using Spring Creek Vet in the future. But after such cold reception. The people are nice and handle animals well, but they don't listen. I told them I only wanted my puppy's first set of shots and they gave her extra things that costed way too much. Also, I've never had to pay an office visit fee to a vet before until Spring Creek. To go in for the first set of puppy shots, it costed me $65, when most places are around $30. Read Less

If I could give less stars, I would. The vet at Spring Creek Animal Clinic is completely lazy and incompetent, in my opinion. She thinks it is ""convenient"" to her customers and pet owners to come to the cars to give vaccinations, but fails to suggest to the pet owners that they should bring their animal INSIDE to complete the proper tests, screenings, and vaccinations. Behavior like this, from a VET nonetheless, only promotes diseases and spreads parasites and infections to other animals, children, and adults. She doesn't even do fecal screens or other annual tests to some of these animals...just goes OUTSIDE to pet owners' cars and gives a simple rabies vaccination. Ridiculous! Take your animal to a vet who actually cares about the well being and safety of others. Read Less
