This is my second time boarding my dog Smokey. He was perfectly fine the first time no issues what so ever! The second time not so much. Picture above shows what I saw when I got home after picking him up. Apparently this has happened a few times to other dogs. Apparently it is from the "concrete" or the "kennels". I personally think another dog did it. I have them 2 stars because the first time boarding he didn't have any problems. This is a shame I finally thought I found a place where he would be happy to stay. When I took this picture it was still bleeding mind you.

I called about getting an appointment to get my dog neutered and got one set. i took my dog to his appointment and got a call to come pick him up around 4. When I got there to get him his harness was completely covered in pee and also had some blood on it. I was told not to bathe him for 7 days but he smells like straight pee. I feel like if I am paying you even after you overcharge you should be taking care of my dog. Not only are they overcharging to pay for their new building. They aren’t taking care of your pets properly. I do not recommend this vet at all. Please do not take your animals here if you want them to be treated well.

The Vet told me we could spend as much of my money on X-rays, etc. as we wanted , but that in his 30-year professionally opinion we should start out with a much cheaper option to begin with. This surprised and delighted me and he was 100% correct as well so my dog is just fine now and the visit and medications was just shy of $80. Best veterinarian experience I've ever had. The staff is great as well, but fair-warning some are easier to warm up to than others. Totally professional and customer-friendly place.

The employees were very friendly and very helpful. My cat got sick in the car and they gave me a bunch of paper towels and even a bag to put the used paper towels in. The doctor was great and their pricing for surgery was considerably less than the Vet near where I live. Hazel Green is a distance to go but it's well worth the drive.

I’ve gone here for over 20 yrs. only place I would take my fur babies. Love Drs Jones and Hayes. They have always been caring and gentle with my babies. Never have had any problems. I have recommended them many times and will continue to do so. I have also boarded there. I drive 40-45 minutes well worth it. I have a vet right down the road.

Dr Jones did an amazing job on two of my fur babies. I couldn't be happier with their results after surgery. Dr.Hayes is also a wonderful doctor. If your have any concerns they are more than happy to assist you. My only concern is with some of the front staff. I have a few run-ins with rude and unprofessional behavior by them.

Very friendly staff. Reasonable prices. They do not pressure you into any other services than what is needed. I was very impressed with the boarding care. I had been unsure how my cat would react to being boarded away from home for a week; she absolutely loved it! They spoiled her rotten! I knew Lola was being well taken care of and loved. 😻 She is even happy to return here. If the cat’s happy, I’m happy! I give this place a thumbs up!👍🏼

I've been all over the country due to being a military family so I've been to MANY different veterinarians with my dogs. This is the best place I have ever been and if I had to move hours away I would still drive here. I also help strays and have found many homes, taking them into this pet hospital right away, every time. They have helped me with well over 5 puppies and dogs that I have found. 2 puppies covered in ticks that I wasn't charged a dime for when I took them in for help. They now have loving homes and also continue to go to this place with their new owners. I know the doctors here love animals as much as I do and this is the first time I have genuinely felt that way with any veterinarian.

They are able to get appointments in pretty fast. They recognized that my dog stresses easily and hard. Instead of making us wait for an available room to get her shot they came out to the waiting room and took care of her right away. She didn't even realize what happened and was a happy girl on the way home. I try to limit my dog's exposure to stressful situations and it's comforting to know that a vet visit isn't going to be an hour of terror for my poor dog as we wait for her to be seen.

We have vets very close to us but we choose to drive the 40 minutes each way to have Dr. Jones take care of our 12 dogs. He has performed surgeries, as well as his other vets for us and always have had 100% great outcomes. We will continue to drive the 40 minutes each way to use This facility.
One review is about how cheap it is. I believe they are fairly priced but even in those things that can and may cost more, that is not why we go. We go because I knew right away two years ago when we started and Dr. Jones did not look at us eye to eye, he evaluated the pet watching them to see what a vet of his experience offers. That is what sold me, the attention my dogs get, not interested when at a vet what I get. My/Our dogs are #1 to us and we feel this is where they are loved and cared for just as much

This is my second time boarding my dog Smokey. He was perfectly fine the first time no issues what so ever! The second time not so much. Picture above shows what I saw when I got home after picking him up. Apparently this has happened a few times to other dogs. Apparently it is from the "concrete" or the "kennels". I personally think another dog did it. I have them 2 stars because the first time boarding he didn't have any problems. The Vet told me we could spend as much of my money on X-rays, etc. as we wanted , but that in his 30-year professionally opinion we should start out with a much cheaper option to begin with. This surprised and delighted me and he was 100% correct as well so my dog is just fine now and the visit and medications was just shy of $80. Best veterinarian experience I've ever had. The employees were very friendly and very helpful. My cat got sick in the car and they gave me a bunch of paper towels and even a bag to put the used paper towels in. If your have any concerns they are more than happy to assist you. My only concern is with some of the front staff. I have a few run-ins with rude and unprofessional behavior by them.

Very friendly staff. Reasonable prices. They do not pressure you into any other services than what is needed. I was very impressed with the boarding care. I've been all over the country due to being a military family so I've been to MANY different veterinarians with my dogs. This is the best place I have ever been and if I had to move hours away I would still drive here. They are able to get appointments in pretty fast. They recognized that my dog stresses easily and hard. Instead of making us wait for an available room to get her shot they came out to the waiting room and took care of her right away. She didn't even realize what happened and was a happy girl on the way home.
