I have two guinea pigs. One had an abscess that needed to be drained. Its hard to find a vet that's educated on how to take care of guinea pigs. This is a great place to bring small pets.

This is the most caring, loving veterinarian and staff I have every experienced. I have been patient's mom for over 26 years and have been blessed to have this staff hug, hold and walk me thru every stage of my animals' lives. Where else does your vet return your call, long distance, after hours to discuss your possibly mating turtles? Let your spoiled puppy sit behind the desk all day just because they don't like to be alone? They know which kennel my fur babies prefer when boarded just by my voice on the phone. I could go on forever, but you should experience this first rate vet for yourself. Thank you Dr. Lamb and your amazing staff!!!!

We moved from another vet, this past year. Dr Lamb and Dr Kelly are amazing and caring. The staff is great too, and the facility is spotless and free of a lot of animal smells, which I feel kept our cat calmer during visits. This past weekend, our sweet cat of 18 years, who was suffering from CHF, turned a corner...not eating, having trouble walking. They did a house call to put him to sleep. It was amazing not to have to bring him in for that, and to be able to surround him with familiar things and people who loved him. It was just sweet and peaceful and our family is eternally greatful that they gave us that experience. As long as we are in metro bham and have animals, I can't imagine using anyone else.
