We have used Bluff Park Animal Clinic for over 15 years. Our primary vet is Dr Eric Skocelas but over the years our dogs have been treated by the other Vets at Bluff Park Animal Clinic as well. They are all friendly, professional, compassionate and their behavior demonstrates that they care about my sweet fur babies as much as I do. The staff is well-organized, efficient and they are just as nice as they can be. The cost is comparable to other veterinary services in this area but the service is far superior. We have been using for years. Very satisfied with the service and care for our dogs. Just had a bad experience this week with wait time and taking customers ahead of me while in line to buy medicine for our dog on return visit. Will keep 4 stars because of the Dr. Erwin and Dr.Eric. I love the staff and doctors there. I have a quick question. DO YALL sell puppy insurance? We are on a very fixed income and when our animals have to go to the vet, sometimes it's figuring out what bill we can let go to be able to take them to the vet. My mother, Mary Whitworth loved Dr. ERWIN and hated to change vets but my sister had to start taking them so she took them to the closest one to her! Anyhoo, if yall have insurance that would surely help us.Then we wouldn't have to hesitate. We took our new kitten (a stray we got from a friend) to Bluff Park Animal Clinic on a Monday at 5:00 p.m. (they close at 5:30). This was our very first time here and they were so kind and saw us despite the fact that they could've said that they don't take appointments after 5:00. Dr. Eric was extremely thorough on his exam of our kitten and gave my daughter great tips for taking care of our new kitten. They didn't rush at all even though they could have! My wife and I recently adopted our first pet, a dog, from the humane society.  We have been reading all of the Dog Whisperer books, going to every website we can find, and watching all videos available about how to be good dog owners.  We took our puppy to Bluff Park after being recommended to it by a neighbor.  The doctors shared so much information with us in our first checkup, and we left extremely more confident than we were upon arriving.  The doctors and the staff were genuinely interested in making sure we did the best for our puppy.  This is the first place we have been to, and we will not choose another.  We thoroughly enjoyed the service. My oldest dog is over 13 years old.  We've been a duo since I was nineteen.  Needless to say, he's incredibly special to me.  As time passes, he becomes less and less the energetic squirrel chaser that he once was.  It's no surprise we've been spending some extra time at Bluff Park Animal Clinic.Dr. Erwin has always been his doctor and has never forgotten a single thing about my pups history.  Here's the thing...There are two new Doctors at the clinic.  They seem to care just as much for him.For general care, boarding, and quality of life evaluation...these are the Veterinarians I trust.  As my boy, Nigel, enters his last good days, I'm glad I have the good folks of Bluff Park Animal Clinic to help us along the way. I love Bluff Park Animal Clinic. My mother has taken our pets there since I was a child, I suppose she started out because they're a convenient 5 minutes away but 23 years later our animals are still in their care. I've also moved out on my own and I have my own animals now and there was never any question in my mind they also be treated at Bluff Park Animal Clinic. The Drs are knowledgeable and Dr. Jim and Eric have both been fantastic about answering me and my mom's questions (and with my mom, there are always a lot of questions--it can get frustrating). I have been able to call them up several times and they are fantastic at giving me a call back and talking to me about whatever my issue is. They have made it so clear to me they have your pet's best interest in mind, but they also have yours. I absolutely adore them, quite honestly and highly recommend them if you're looking for a vet.
