Some of the staff here need to learn how to handle bigger dogs. I would give this place a five star review if they can figure it out. If you have a big dog that is easily scared, they do not have the ability to gently care for them. Read Less

First off, the doctors are great. It's the entire front desk that is a sad mess. We have been using Chase for our oldest dog for about four years. It was not until recently that we started to have problems. When my dog was having a severe allergic reaction, it took the doctor three hours from the time I got there to see my dog. Now we have a new puppy, and we thought the puppy had parvovirus so we called Chase because we needed to see the doctor immediately to get started on Parvo treatment. They said they could not see my dog that day and good luck trying to get in anywhere else. But I called a different vet and they could see my dog in an hour. Today was the last straw. I booked an appointment for my puppy's second round of booster shots this week because they couldn't see her last week because they were too busy. So now she is a week behind on her boosters and I was told the appointment was at 11:15 and I show up at 11 and they say they can't see my puppy now because my appointment was at 10:30. (So I was told the wrong time last week) So now I have to find another vet to give my dog her boosters. No sense of urgency. Clearly do not care if your animals are deathly sick. Sad place. We will not be going back. And the only reason they have so many 5 star reviews is because they give their customers discounts for leaving a good review. lol Buying peoples' reviews. Read Less

Chase has treated our animals for many years. We have used their boarding facility and they have been great. One of our small dogs suffered trauma and is difficult to treat. This was not a problem and Chase is able to work with him. Read Less

Dr Knight and staff have taken excellent care of our fur babies. Our two just March right in there which is a big relief to us. It was that time of year to have my Pet registered with the county so I made the appointment with Chase as they have been taking care of several of our pets the last few years, They receive a 1 star for a couple of reasons. The first is that they dredged up something from the past which and already been put in its place making this visit uncomfortable. It is already uncomfortable for my dog going there as he becomes Hypersensitive even showing up to the location. Couple that with me there in an exam room with a veterinarian or assistant that walks into the room, our dog becomes extremely aggressive, because of things that have happened in the past. I can normally deal with these things, but adding items that where not requested to the bill like a $50.00 Heartworm test is unacceptable. An appointment was made because they said they could not get me in the day I called. That goes against what they had said in the past as they would give any shots at the end of the day which is what was needed at this time. When I arrived and checked in it was again was reviewed why I was there. This isn't a case where I haven't supported the clinic, on contrary I have come there on several occasions to have my both my cat and dog have their regular checkups. I brought my daughters dog there when it was bit and almost died, I never argued over the price. I have taken my dog there to rectify some issues with his nails. But I am dissapointed that this is another business that continues to try and use negative or covert means to take money from you. I will be looking for a new location.Read Less

The vets are very good.  Disappointed in the office staff ... Very unprofessional.  We came in for booster shots, having called the day before and told we do not need an appointment.  They spent the 5 minutes we set out front talking about turning everyone away that doesn't have an appointment.  I guess trying to make us feel extremely uncomfortable, even though we were following the rules, was empowering... Very very religious, huge scrawled letters on the front window about Jesus make you wonder if you are entering a church or a vet. The staff is rude and never completely helpful. Was overcharged for things and didn't look at the bill till I got home. When I called the receptionist said she knew I didn't get those things but would have to wait and ask the vet if it was ok to refund my money. Read Less
