They did an amazing job on my Sasha. Her incision is so tiny and neatly done. She’s back to her goofy self 48 hours later. My larger boy Spartacus is having a rougher time bouncing back , but let’s just say there was a lot going on down there. Over all I am completely happy with the work they did. If Casey Powell at the front desk had gotten a manager or vet like I asked for this probably wouldn't have sucked. but instead she told me not to get an attitude when i was trying to explain my cats antibiotics situation. The nurse, erica, also didnt know how to treat clients when she proceeded to throw attitude after i asked for a manager and then a refund multiple times. hopefully this is a one time thing but im still waiting on a refund (thanks for nothing Debbie Hall) and for my cat to be spayed. I sent my dog in for the free spay/neuter program. After raising the price of the pain medication and only telling me three days before, when I sent my dog they called saying blood work was needed, and it would cost $50. I paid it, they did it and called to say they were declining service. When I got the paperwork when I picked my dog up, it stated the reason was nasal drainage and tooth problems. You get an appointment reminder call the day before surgery, which is nice. This clinic was easily accessible from I-20. They opened promptly at 7:30 AM. There are several signs informing clients go leave their pets in the car while you fill out your paperwork. Staff was polite and made the process quick and easy. I also found the paperwork easy to fill out and understand. The check in process was very well organized. Cats on one side, dogs to the other. ... There are also several signs indicating that pickup is at 4:30 PM. You are welcome to go inside and wait, they also have your paperwork ready to give- post op instructions, rabies tag, pain medications, etc. The staff will go over post op instructions to the group in the lobby. Overall, I give then a 5/5. Friendly staff, well organized, quick and easy process. I was there for maybe 15 minutes at dropoff, and 15 minutes at pickup. Whenever animals comes into my life, I make sure to put them on the transport to this clinic if they are not already spayed/neutered. After 5 dogs and at least 10 stray cats, I am still pleased with the animals' quick healing and the courteous and professional staff (including the volunteers who load/unload fur babies on the transport). I was told to be there at 7 to 715 to fill out paper work and i could pick her up between 4 and 430 and if i was late i would have a 10 late fee.. the girl that told me this stuff said she was new so i guess thats y she got it wrong but i got there at 7 they did not open the doors till about 733 anyway i had to stay in town bc the truck i was driving was not good on gas so i went at 3 and asked if i could wait on her and they said yes and i asked if i could her a few mins early bc if i get stuck in traffic the truck will run hot and i have to pick my husband up from work bc i was using his work truck, all she said was sorry but no she didn't act like she cared at all but hey its not her problem is it ... i got out of there at 444 and was late to pick him up bc i got in traffic and had to pull over so it could cool off!! i didn't like how i was treated and will never go back and absolutely will never recommend this place to anyone!! Greatly respect the professional & compassionate folks who work here! We successfully trapped 6 feral cats last summer through their TNR program. Coupons allowed us to have each cat fixed for only $15 each. All are happier, quieter & calm, and still eat at our feeders. Four are a family group - mom, dad & two maturing kittens, who now live in our fenced back yard in harmony with all the resident birds & squirrels. Others drop by and eat occasionally, but live elsewhere. It's a HIGHLY successful program that I was unaware of until last year, but I am 100% convinced it is the best & most compassionate way to control feline overpopulation. Read Less

The staff that sets up appts needs to be better informed. I was told my dog having heart worms was not a problem, especially being as she's being treated, so I set up the appt and brought her in. They also told me we could use a side door or come in early due to her being possibly aggressive towards other animals, instead, I stood in the waiting area with her, trying to calm her as 2 other dogs approached us. (I have a bad back and she is a large dog, so needless to say I'm i...n much pain now). Despite me reminding the workers that she was aggressive, we remained in that situation. I received a phone call letting me know the surgery would not happen (though frustrating, I understand some Drs do not want to take even the minimal risk), and I picked her up. I have never had anything but good experiences here! I have taken one of my cats to get neutered, which went fine. The people at the clinic were very professional and friendly to us. There is a line when you drop them off, but at low-cost high-volume spaying and neutering, I would think that would be a given. These people offer a wonderful service to their community and I want them to know they are greatly appreciated. I just adopted a little bob-tailed baby stray a short time ago and it's time to get him snipped. I will be back next week to do it. These people are angels. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
