Today, after 6 plus years of being with Lanett Animal Clinic I have made an easy decision... I will be taking my baby girl, Roo elsewhere! I took her to be washed, de-fleed and to have her nails clipped. Upon showing up, Roo seemed put off. I had noticed that as other customers came in they were called by name and so were their pets. Roo and I were all but ignored. O well. Roo was in dire need of a bath and flee removal, after playing at her granny and Paw's house for a month, in the woods, so I kissed her and left. When I got Roo home, I was astonished and very angry! I had paid for a bath, but Roo was still covered in flee feces and dirt on her tummy! I took a simple wet wash cloth and gingerly wiped the offensive material away! Roo will not be back, remembering our names is no longer a problem! Tks for the highway robbery. Read Less

My husband took our dog to the clinic and no tests were done to see what may be going on. I called to ask if there was something they could do for tests. We were told that we could bring him back for them to do a blood test. Why was this not offered before leaving the clinic?!! Read Less

Although I love Dr Thomas and Jo and think they are so friendly and great people, I always find myself questioning methods used and the safety of my animals and always have to bring my pets back to get mistakes fixed. Read Less

Dr. Thomas and his wonderful staff have the best clinic in the area. I have been taking my animals there for over a decade. Besides the usual shot updates, we did have an emergency situation with our cat, Oscar. The staff immediately took him in and when to work! The kept me updated daily during the two weeks he needed care. I don't know what I would do without the Lanett Animal Clinic. Don't take your fur babies anywhere else!Read Less

I picked up a little dog off of the road today, and he had a rabies tag from Lanett Animal Clinic. I immediately put him in my car and called the clinic. I was advised that they were about to close (this was Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. and that she wasn't able to look up the number and to call back tomorrow. Easy for her to say, I have a 7 year old allergic to dogs and so I called right back and the doctor answered. Now the doctor was extremely nice and tried to find the number, but I'm not sure he knew how to work the computer and he was unable to find it, but at least he tried. I'm here with my son falling in love with a dog he's allergic to, and I don't know what to do. I think whoever answered me the first time needs to be looking for a new job. I give 5 stars for the doctor, but only 1/2 of one or none for the rude girl who answered the phone. Read Less
