PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABY HERE. If you leave a negative review om their facebook page, it gets deleted btw. They are seriously only in it for the money. Because the staff didn't do a thorough examination of my pet, i lost my baby. I took her the next day (after i was charged 300$ and no explanation as to what was wrong, and sent home) to get a second opinion from Dr. Galbraith in Pulaski. Within 5 minutes, he found the cause of why my baby was sick and showed me via touch AND xray. Dr. Galbraith did everything he could to save her (i got updated calls throughout the night) and told me since this place basically robbed me, there was no charge for his services. If they would have done a thorough examination of my baby, the chance of saving my girl probably would have been in our favor. If they CARED. I just simply DO NOT RECCOMEND THEM.

I can’t tell you how much this office has touched our hearts. After suffering the tragic loss of both of our dogs- the genuine and heartfelt response from their staff will remain with us. We are grateful to be a part of the Animal Healthcare family.
We have always been seen promptly. The office staff is friendly and approachable. And the vets are wonderful, kind and thorough. Thank you for every thing you do. I would recommend them ten times over.

I moved to Alabama a little over three years ago. I went to another vets office first and they prescribed meds for my dogs hurt foot without even touching her, or looking in eyes, ears, listening to heart. I knew I had come to the wrong place. Immediately, I called Animal Health Clinic, and they are the VERY BEST! They are friendly, caring and helpful. Two years ago I had to put my college age sons cat to sleep, and they so understood and were helpful while I made the dreaded call to my son. Their hugs, kind words, and understanding meant so much to me! The staff and Dr. Estess are the best.

We came to AHCC when our 16+ yr old kitty was very sick and her regular vet couldn't see her right away. AHCC got her in within an hour. After the tests results came back, we found out she was in ki...
We came to AHCC when our 16+ yr old kitty was very sick and her regular vet couldn't see her right away. AHCC got her in within an hour. After the tests results came back, we found out she was in kidney failure. We saw both of the doctors at AHCC over the next few weeks. They and all of the office staff were so kind and compassionate. They treated the immediate crisis and helped us through the tough decisions that lay ahead.
One of the things I love about their office is that they have a playroom next to the exam room with a window between the two. This setup was so crucial for us. It allowed the doctor and I to discuss sensitive matters out of earshot of my young children.
When the time came to end our kitty's suffering, the doctor spoke kindly to her when we were to emotional to talk and stroked her fur gently. About a week later, we received a sympathy card with a personal message from each staff member.
I never expected so much kindness and caring from people we had known for such a short time.

Ellen & Monnie are very passionate about what they do and were very helpful over the phone before I even became a customer at AHCC. That registered with me and it's the number one reason that I switched vets and started coming to AHCC!
Dr. Cruzen is wonderful!!! She takes the time to talk with the pet owner and is very gentle with the animals. I request her for my appointments!!! She answered all my questions and helped ease some of my fears. She goes that extra mile to make sure the pet and pet owner have a great experience.
The vet assistant is very nice and extremely gentle with the animals as well (sorry I don't remember her name).
