I boarded my two cats for 11 days during our move-in process and was beyond pleased with the loving attentiveness shown by the staff. My kitties take some supplements and the staff didn't bat an eye about sprinkling them on the food. They asked how I wanted it given and were just nice and welcoming. They even offered to bathe the cats (optional) because my beautiful white Cloud was a bit dirty from hiding from our movers. Cloud also has chronic weeping eyes and I found her with clean eyes upon pick-up, having been pampered with warm cloth wipes daily. The cats were let into a play room daily, and were able to share a dual "condo" so they could be together. The play room and many of the condos face floor to ceiling windows so they can see outside and lay in the sun. We have definitely found our new vet here in Madison/Huntsville. Read Less

I would like to thank Dr. Belser and staff for taking excellent care of Karina yesterday. She was a very sick kitty and Dr. Belser was so kind and approached her treatment to minimize the cost of excessive X-rays to determine if it was her heart or lungs. Sadly her lungs were giving out on her and she had to be euthanized. Dr. Belser and staff allowed me to stay in private to grieve and call my husband so we could both be with Karina during the procedure. So glad we found Satisfaction Cat Clinic! We were referred to take our sick kitty to Franklin to see a specialist after he was having abdomninal pain, not eating or drinking, and having a hard time breathing. We were recommended by a family member to try this place out and come to find out they do the same specialized testing we were needing to have done in Tennessee. They were able to get our kitty in the same day! We were so relieved to finally get some answers about our cats condition. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and caring about cats. My sweet 17-year-old tuxedo baby Sammie-Sue had thyroid disease and it looked like she wouldn't survive. I brought her to Catisfaction so she could have radioactive iodine treatment. It worked! She is now much more healthy and gaining weight. She has regained her noisy enthusiasm and is even playing sometimes (She’s upside down, getting a belly rub right now). Her second followup lab tests show thyroid values in the normal range. Thank you Miss Brenda for your best care during the week she spent with you. The ladies at Catisfaction Clinic took great care of my two adopted babies. Mia, the cat pictured, hates being around other cats. She got comfy in the weigh basket instead. Wouldn’t be the holidays without something unplanned happening........trip to the Vet. Big thanks to Dr. Belser and Ms Brenda who took Bella in right away as a walk in. The Grinch was trying to steal Christmas but Catisfaction Staff said, “No way!” They took care of Bella from head to toe and fixed everything. I first met Dr. Belser last summer when I was helping a family member with a sick cat. I was so impressed with the care and attention that she showed to the patient and the family. I had no idea that we (ourselves) were about to undergo a new health journey with one of our own fur babies. My kitty, Scrappy had been diagnosed at age 3 with Cronic Renal Failure (CRF). We battled the disease for about 7 years with a special diet; but, this past summer, Scrappy started loosing weight and acting like he didn't feel good. Dr. Belser examined him and found that his counts were very bad -- indicating that his kidneys were no longer functioning enough to filter the toxins. She was there with us every step of the way and showed so much patients and kindness as she taught us how to administer fluids and meds to help our little guy stay comfortable and as healthy as the disease would allow. We were in the clinic almost every week throughout the fall. Dr. Belser, Dr. Gandy and the staff treated Scrappy as if he were part of their own family. This past week Scrappy lost his battle with the disease and Dr. Belser was there with him until the end. Her compassion and kindness helped us so much as we struggled to do the "right" thing for our Scrappy. I will always have cats in my family and I feel so blessed to have GREAT kitty doctors just down the street who treat the entire family! I am forever grateful for Dr. Gandy and her amazing staff!! I came in with my 6 month old kitten who had gotten out and was hit by a car. Dr. Gandy immediately took him back and began surgery on his broken jaw. We were all fearing the worst. He may not ever be able to use his mouth again. Quoted a certain amount for a checkup, update, and a few other things. They added random services and charged way more than what was originally agreed upon. It wont happen again. They don't like their dirty laundry hung out in the open because every negative/truthful review they get they have deleted wherever they can like Facebook. Dr. Gandy and her staff are quite simply the best around for offering the most excellent care for your cats. We recommend them heartily. Our fur kids received top notch care and love and we always felt like they loved and cared for them as we do. This was especially apparent when one of our four was diagnosed with severe heart disease. Dr. Gandy was super scheduling all his diagnostic tests and compassionate as she prepared us for his poor prognosis. Catisfaction really deserves more than five stars, in my opinion. Read Less

I love them, from staff to vets they're the best! I refer all my friends to use them to insure their cats get the very best care.
