Excellent care. An appointment is best way to be seen. However they will work you in for urgent care. Treated my 2 dogs, and 17 year old cat that has multiple age related issues. My son in law is a vet in NC. This clinic is my local choice. "Just sayin." Read Less

Extremely rude Vet, referred us to a hospital 5 hours away for neurology, called the hospital and they don't even have a neurology center. We informed her of her mistake and not only did she get angry and not help us find a neurologist, she actually said she won't be helping us any further, ever. Very strange woman, seems a bit out of her head, found a wonderful new vet anyway, will not return. Ps. she took a 300$ X-ray without asking us. Read Less

There were very helpful and caring when my dog needed a vet and care. Also, they were they only clinic I could get to see me when the Animal Emergency Clinic kicked me out at 8am when they closed. Not even my regular vet would see me. I would definitely recommend Dr. Magee to others. Read Less

Take my Bengal cat Zeus here for his checkups and they are always professional. Zeus is very aggressively to people that he doesn't know and Dr MaGee has been very good about making sure he's comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.Read Less

Daycare costs are next to nothing, and the person watching them really treats them like their own dogs. They can usually fit you in if you need to see a vet, and they really do care about every animal they see! Read Less

I just want to say again how amazing these doctors are! They really do care about your babies. I am pet setting 18 year old sweet Millie. When I checked on her this morning she was NOT doing well. They got me right in and worked with me and the owner with her being out of town. I should not be amazed at such wonderful care they give, But every time I go there with my Diva Maggee or someone else they continue to show more and more great Customer Service and just when I think they can't get any better they do!! I simply can't imagine a vet or his staff being any more friendly. They've always gone way above and beyond, even volunteering to pick my dog up from the emergency clinic when I had to be with my wife in the hospital following a stem cell transplant. The dog had to be picked up by 7 am when the emergency clinic closes and a member of Dr. MeGee's staff volunteered to pick her up so I could be with my wife when the transplant surgeon came in that morning. Oh, and there was no charge for their kindness at a difficult point in our life. And, that's just one example of many. Read Less

Lucy has never looked so beautiful, smelled so good and the special "no shedding" shampoo is awesome. After Lucy's bad experience at Pet Paradise I was very nervous about taking her to someone new again. Heather took the time to talk with me and Lucy came home so happy. Recently boarded my dog for the first time and will never use them again.Dropped off a healthy happy dog and picked up a coughing, vomiting and lethargic dog.Finally got someone to call me back and without ANY tests they said it was a plasma virus.. Really? No tests... They're full of crap!!... I will never use this place again, and DO NOT recommend them. You've been warned. Read Less

Our family have been clients since they first open. As a matter of fact, my son at the age of 2 was the first person to break something in the new office. They have always been so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. About 3 months ago I had to say good bye to my dog, Kobin and a week later I rec'd a clay paw print. I cried again but now I look at the paw print and am happy to have it because there is a little bit of his fur on it and I remember how he would hit me with his big old paw. Dr. MaGee and his staff have always been great - professional all the time and always taking good care of both cats and dogs. I've even forgiven him for letting me adopt office cat Jasper! This place is an absolute RIP OFF! They care about one thing and its to take advantage of clients and make money. the doctors here do not care about the animals.My dog had simple diarrhea and vomiting. I was told they need to do a blood test, pancreas test, this that and the other.  I was handed an estimate of $175.The vet was not knowledgable and was shooting darts at the sickness.  She was not friendly or sympathetic.  Did not say thank you or you're welcome.After declining all these unnecessary tests, I was handed prescription pills and a cream to squirt into the mouth.  The doctor left the room.  I asked the nurse how to administer the cream, she had no clue.  I had to read the instructions on the package.Without even handing a bill, the receptionist said today's visit is $170. I asked for a bill to see the charges.  I was charged $110 just for the medication.  I came home and googled the prices, amazon has all the meds for $40 total.  These people charge more then double the price for meds?STAY AWAY from this place!  You will end up paying a HIGH amount for nothing.  Much better friendlier vets in town.  These are your typical vets that take advantage and exploit pet owners.
