THIS IS NOT A "HOSPITAL" FOR ANIMALS!!!!! On 05/24/2018 I discovered my dog had a deep cut in her paw at 6:30am. I had taken her to this SO CALLED "Animal Hospital" before for boarding and I knew they opened at 7:00am. When I got there I asked an employee to help me bring my injured dog into the building but he told me the Vet would not be there until 8:30am and they COULD NOT DO ANYTHING for my dog. He said the Emergency Clinic they use closed at 6:30am. So my dog could NOT RECEIVE ANY TREATMENT FOR 2 HOURS. Another employee came in and she told me that they could bandage it but that was all they could do until the Vet got there. Then they told me to take her to "Companion Animal Care" and gave me the directions, about 5 minutes away. I got my dogs records from them and my husband told them we would not use their services again. HOW CAN THEY CALL IT AN ANIMAL HOSPITAL IF NO ANIMAL CAN RECEIVE CARE FOR 2 HOURS!!!!! Companion Animal Care took my dog in immediately, bandaged her wound, took my information and said I should be able to pick her up by noon. Read Less

Today was a huge failure of service and expectations. We had our pet cut her paw severely. We arrived at 7am with our pet bleeding badly from her paw. The tech would not even offer the simplest of first aid to help control the bleeding. He told my wife he could not even touch our pet until the doctor arrived at 8:30. Which only means none of the tech hold even the basics of certifications to work at an advertised ANIMAL HOSPITAL. Had we know that they are not an ANIMAL HOSPITAL we would have never sought their assistance in this crisis. We wasted valuable time in getting treatment for our pet. We had an emergency and they failed us and our pet. They failed the expectation of service by advertising as an ANIMAL HOSPITAL and they failed to offer the basics of first aid to our pet. The doctor was returning from surgery and I wish a speedy recovery but please retrain your staff get them certified to offer the basics of care standards or re-brand your services as a clinic so that the next time there is an emergency clients will know your service does not offer any care until you are present. People here are nice and friendly and are very careful taking care of the check-up on your pet. Have brought several cats and a dog here in the past, staff has always seemed to keep each animal in line for the most part, except the dog which they needed me to keep on a tight leash in his older years to help ensure not just the dogs safety and we'll being, but there's as well. Love Dr. Namie and his staff. They are all very loving and caring when it comes to pets. The services are inexpensive compared to other vets. I can drop my pet off before work and pick her up after I get off work. Super easy! Read Less

My dog had to be put down here a couple of months ago. The staff were all extremely caring and sensitive to the situation and did all they could to make it as smooth as possible. We received a very kind card in the mail afterwards, and his ashes came in a nice wooden box with a personalized plaque & embroidered velvety bag. I have taken many pets to many different animal clinics (lived in several different states in the U.S.), and I absolutely love this clinic! The veterinarians, assistants, and rest of the staff are hospitable, friendly, and genuinely care about pets AND their pet owners. They take the time to educate and explain procedures and administering of meds. And with the years we have been going there, we have lost a few of our beloved furbabies--the compassion and empathy given is another level of healing for families with pets. We ended up going to this Animal Hospital to follow our family Veterinarian, Dr. Rhonda Buxton. We love Dr. Buxton so very much -- She has been a savior to our furry family members and my family's sanity for a long time. She goes above and beyond any vet we have ever experienced! On our past visit to Wall Triana Animal Hospital, we had to make the extremely difficult and heartwrenching decision to say goodbye to our beloved chocolate Labrador, Bubba. But, unfortunately Dr. Buxton was not there that afternoon. We trusted Dr. Namie to put our sweet baby of 15 years to sleep, treating him with love and compassion until he took his last breath. Not only that, but he treated our family with the utmost respect and extraordinary professionalism during this most devastating time. I honestly can't say enough good things about every member of this Hospital's staff; from the front desk receptionist (I believe her name was Christy), to the vet tech (Ashley), and last but not least, Dr. Namie. Dr. Buxton will always be our family Veterinarian, as she is nothing short but amazing. But, no matter what doctor you see here, you and your fur babies will be treated like gold (and will not be disappointed). Both Doctors are great! I highly recommend this Animal Hospital, their wonderful staff members and Doctors. On behalf of my family (and friends) that were present that day, thank you all again from the bottom of our hearts! Without an appointment our very ill kitty was seen at opening on the day after Christmas. Christy the receptionist answered our call, was helpful to us and remembered us upon arrival. She immediately escorted us into an exam room (as I was wearing our baby in the carrier, holding our 2 yr old and carrying our ill kitty in the carrier. Our oldest daughter was walking and crying about her kitty. Ashley, the vet tech, came in and offered to put Freckles on exygen immediately. Dr Buxton was honest, appropriate and wonderful. She explained the care, and XRay to us, answered our questions as well. Intervention for our kitty was not delayed- it was timely and gentle. Our kitty did not make it however, and I dont think I have ever seen such sensitive, calm, appropriate end of life care for a kitty. Dr Buxton and Ashley appropriately involved our daughter and allowed her to grieve her kitty as she needed. Cant say enough about the wonderful care we received this day!
