I would agree with most posts on here if it weren't due to the fact that my second and third encounter with the front desk was less than productive. I had decided to move to a vet closer to my home and support the local business in Meridianville but due to changing requirements and lack of follow-up in them contacting my previous vet (my documentation wasn't enough) I now have to get more tests done so I can provide my dog with the proper medication. I was not going to allow them to do a test and charge me for something that initially was unnecessary. I will find another Vet in the area.

Wonderful staff and doctor. My furbaby is afraid of strangers and he was very comfortable with doctor. Pricing is reasonable.

Dr. Dougia and her staff are phenomenal. They were able to see my dog on short notice and went above and beyond to do anything they could for him. Super compassionate people at Meridian Pet Hospital.

I had to find somewhere close to get my dog in quickly. I had to bring my two children under two with me in addition to the dog. The staff were SO helpful and sweet and expedient with the procedure. The price was reasonable as well. We will be bringing our pets her in the future instead of the large chain vet we’d been going to!

I find the previous review highly unlikely and probably drafted by someone who didn't get their way about something. We used to be customers of Kayla's previous employer - before she opened her own practice. Once she opened up her own office, we followed her.Kayla and her staff have never, ever been anything but 100% awesome and taken excellent care of our pups. They have always communicated well and provided exceptional service. There isn't anyone else I'd trust to care for our pups or anywhere else I'd board them when we are out of town.

Dr. Dougia has been great with my mom's dog and has been there for them since having opened. I've taken her in a couple times for her as well and the staff has always been great. My dog hadn't needed anything yet so we hadn't transfered her over until Tuesday when we needed urgent services. My dog hurt a leg over night and wasn't get any better when I called the house after my own doctor's appointment. I was told she hadn't moved at all since I had left so I called Meridianville Pet Hospital to see if I could get her in ASAP and they were happy to! They were very patient with my scared dog. She was whining and pacing all over. She's a great dog but gets nervous when something is different or new. They even clipped her nails while we were there. Thankfully it was nothing serious but that alone was a huge relief! My dog has been taking an anti inflammatory and is back to her happy playful self. I couldn't ask for anything else! They even called a couple days later to check on my dog.

BEWARE! I took my dog here for boarding! Upon picking him up, I was informed that he was deathly sick with diarrhea and vomiting. They then informed me that they administered a shot an oral medication...
BEWARE! I took my dog here for boarding! Upon picking him up, I was informed that he was deathly sick with diarrhea and vomiting. They then informed me that they administered a shot an oral medication, yet they didn't think to inform me ( call my emergency #). Well they then charged me an additional 19.50 for a shot I never authorized and something I didn't consent to him receiving. Will not return my baby to them!

I would agree with most posts on here if it weren't due to the fact that my second and third encounter with the front desk was less than productive. I had decided to move to a vet closer to my home and support the local business in Meridianville but due to changing requirements and lack of follow-up in them contacting my previous vet (my documentation wasn't enough) I now have to get more tests done so I can provide my dog with the proper medication. I was not going to allow them to do a test and charge me for something that initially was unnecessary. I will find another Vet in the area.

I had to find somewhere close to get my dog in quickly. I had to bring my two children under two with me in addition to the dog. The staff were SO helpful and sweet and expedient with the procedure. We used to be customers of Kayla's previous employer - before she opened her own practice.
