I have been a client for 28 years and have brought MANY animals for regular care and emergency care. Twice in the last 6 months, I have had to bring my dog in for emergency treatment with no appointment. One occasion was on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. Each time, they have taken him in and taken care of him (and me, too!) This week's visit was life-threatening and required emergency surgery. Dr. Beth, Dr. Dear and all the staff at both Irby-Overton and Great Oaks have been very good to us. I have never had a dog that LOVES to go to the vet until now. When he gets boarded, he thinks he's going to camp! Many thanks to you all!

My sweet little Yorkie was in need of dental work and extractions. Although I was very nervous just like any parent would be. The staff at the clinic kept me informed via telephone on how my baby was doing before during and after her surgery. I don't think she could have received better care anywhere.

This place is all about money they don't care about your pet had my cat in there twice for the same thing all they did was treat the symptoms not the problem took it to another vet and they found the problem for half the price of these crooks avoid this awful place only thing they concerned with is $$$$$$$$$$$$

THE TWO TIMES I PLACED MY DOG IN THEIR CARE, I HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THE CLEANLINESS OF THE FACILITY, THE FRIENDLINESS AND COURTESY OF THE STAFF AND THE EASE WITH WHICH THEY FOUND THE RECORDS OF OUR LAST VISIT SEVERAL YEARS AGO.
WE LIVE IN CALIFORNIA AND OFTEN VISIT FAMILY IN MOBILE, VALDOSTA, GA AND FAYETTEVILLE, NC. SOMETIMES IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO KEEP OUR DOG WITH US DURING OUR VISITS. THAT'S WHEN WE CALL IRBY OVERTON TO CARE FOR HIM.

We decided to take our kitten here to have her spayed and after she was spayed we had to take her back twice. The first time for a suspected infection of the incision and the second time we left after waiting an hour and a half for a simple follow up to simply look at the site because it STILL looked puffy after 5 days. As we were leaving the staff acted like they did not care and as if we were just being impatient. If fact, after leaving here on the second visit we went to our old vet's office where they know how to treat pets like they matter. I strongly do not recommend and will personally not go here again.

Our dog Stella has started seeing Dr. Creamer since we got her as a rescue. I researched other vets including one that is out of state that my family and I used quite regularly. The cost of service here is a little higher but the quality of service makes up for it. Everybody treats Stella extremely well, so well that she is the only dog I've ever had that gets excited about going to the vet. They genuinely seem to care about her well being as much as we do. On this last visit she was spayed by Dr. Overton. Seems like everything went well and I'm watching over her during her recovery. The paperwork for surgery (spaying) can be a it confusing but all in all everything is great.

I have been a client for 28 years and have brought MANY animals for regular care and emergency care. Twice in the last 6 months, I have had to bring my dog in for emergency treatment with no appointment. One occasion was on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. We decided to take our kitten here to have her spayed and after she was spayed we had to take her back twice.
