Small animal preventive health care, medicine and surgery. I would not reccomemd this place to take your cat to get spayed. I adopted a kitten and she was taken here to get spayed a week after we adopted her (because the place we adopted from uses this clinic) and when we picked her up from getting spayed she was drenched in urine and the vet left us with no pain medicine for my sweet baby. That night she could not even walk because she was in so much pain so I had to call another vet to get some medicine. Two days later my cat had puss coming from her incision line and it was very swollen so we took her to another vet. Turns out she had two internal cysts filled with puss (this is due to non sterile procedure during the spaying of the animal and it is VERY uncommon) and she had a 106 temperature. My kitten had to be left at this other vet for a whole week in order for her cysts to drain and her wpuld had to be re-cut open also. She is now on antibiotics in hopes for her wound to heal properly this time. This vet does not take proper care of his animals that are getting spayed and the receptionist is the rudest person I've ever spoken with. I would think twice before I went to this vet clinic. I adopted a cat last week and the cat had to get spayed at this specific clinic per the rescues orders. Well my animal got spayed last Friday (11/18) and when I went to pick her up she was covered in urine. Not like she had just peed on herself but like she had peed on herself multiple times and they did not try to clean her up. She had urine all the way up to her collar bone. The smell of urine was so strong. On top of that my cat could barely move so I am 100% sure the urine got in her incision. The vet gave us no pain medicine. My cat was in pain later that night so I had to call a different clinic to get some pain medicine so she could at least move that night. Fast forward to two days later her incision has puss coming from it because it was infected. Here we are THREE days later and her incision is completely infected and has started to open up. So I am taking her to another vet yet again to get some help because of what this clinic did to her. I have had four cats get spayed and NONE of them have gotten infected. I am unsure if the vet just didn't care because it was an animal coming from a rescue shelter or what but this type of work is highly unethical. I would not trust your animals with this person. UPDATE: We just left another vet and our baby had TWO large puss pockets under her incision and a 104 temperature from the infection. If we wouldn't have caught this early enough she could have died. They are currently keeping our baby overnight to drain her cysts and she could possibly need surgery depending on how well she handles this and if it gets rid of her infection. UPDATE: Our baby had to stay at the vet for 5 full days. She had developed cellulitis from the infection. They had to open up her incision to allow all of the infection to drain out. She was put on antibiotics for 10 days. She is better now. But I am still unhappy with this vets work.Read Less
