We absolutely love the entire staff! We have taken our sweet rescue poodle,Oscar, there since we adopted him a year ago. We have been so pleased with his care and their openness in explaining his care. From entering the office until we leave the office, we are so happy with the kindness we and especially Oscar are shown. They treat him, especially his sweet groomer, Carla, like he was their own! If you read through the reviews they all speak highly of the staff. Very recently the staff has changed and the staff they are speaking off were either let go or left for their own reasons. Since Rhem took over the office has changed. Find a place that values their staff that got them where they are. Pulled my dogs from here after over ten years. Dr. Chris and his staff saved my two 8 month old toy poodle puppies from a certain death while I was visiting Mobile on Labor Day weekend. I cannot say enough about how professional, kind and considerate they were. Even down to Dr. Chris calling to make sure I follow up with my own Vet after I returned home to MS. Buck was a frequent visitor to Rehm, and in particular Dr. Chris, while battling cancer. Dr. Mike got him safely through 2 surgeries, and was always realistic with me about what we were facing and my options. At the same time he was compassionate, and I always felt like he truly cared about both my dog and myself. The staff there understands that for many of us, pets are family. I'll never forget one of the techs being a literal shoulder to cry on when things didn't look so good. When we knew Buck wasn't going to be cured, I moved out of the area to be with family; thanks to Dr. Chris, Buck had some of the best months he'd had in years before we finally had to let him go in September. They have always given terrific care of my pets. I had a mixed Lhapsa. They always took great care of him. Several years later when I had to have him put down, they where very courteous and professional about it. They even went the extra mile with us and even sent us a card about his passing. Our latest K-9 baby, Gammie, They took exceptionally good care of her. Last fall, I had to go out of town for a couple of days. I boarded her there and also scheduled some surgery for her while she was there. While we were gone, they prepped her for surgery and come to find out that they did not operate on her since it was found out that she did not need it. We thought she had a hematoma in her ear flap. They found out that it was an inflamation instead. Now I have the sad news to tell that my K-9 baby Gammie has passed away. She will be missed by every one. My wife and myself will always be thankful for the staff and Doctors there. We plan on getting another K-9 and using the same vet. It's not because they are close. It is because we are treated like family. If anyone out there is looking for a terrific vet, use Rehm at hwy 90 in Tillmans corner. You to will be treated like family. Read Less
