I drove almost 200 miles to have my puppy spayed. I love the staff here, everyone is so caring and patient. You can truly tell they love the animals. I would like to thank Dr. Knizley and staff for taking such wonderful care of Mia while she was there for her spay yesterday (Nov.14,2016), she is doing wonderful, back to her bouncy little self this morning and eating well. I absolutely love them here! This has been the one and only choice for my cats to go to since I adopted them. Their services are quick and efficient, and they do not break the bank! When I got my female cat spayed it took a total of 3 hours and they updated me the whole way through by phone because they could tell I was nervous about it. All three of my furbabies go there and I have never had any problems. Starting from the ladies at the desk they are always sweet and patient with me bringing in multiple babies. UPDATE: After a few more months of fostering and having to go back to the clinic for my fosters. They've improved on their bedside manner. Fostered two kittens recently that needed to be spayed and neutered. Took them there and they were very polite and gave us a courtesy call when they we're ready to be picked up. They have mostly improved but they could do a little more smiling sometimes. Took my foster in for her booster shot and that was an unpleasant experience. They took her to the back really quick and took her back out. On the way out the person handling her kicked her and all she said was "oops" and handed her back to me. She began developing a cough two days before we came in so I asked the two receptionists if they could do anything for her and they basically told me to leave because she was only there for her follow up booster shot and nothing else. I was considering taking my dogs here but after that experience. No thank you. Everyone else was great but rude receptionists aren't the first thing I want to see when I walk into a vet's office worried with a sick dog. Read Less

My beloved Gidget, a Katrina Basset rescue, fell ill a couple of years ago with heart problems. Dr. Knizley and her wonderful veterinarians cared for Gidget with the utmost love, care and concern. The staff always goes above and beyond the call of duty and is there for you no matter. During these years of care, Gidget had other health problems come up. Some tiny, some not so small. Each time, she was treated and always improved. The week before this past Christmas she went into heart failure and began retaining fluid. Dr. Moss treated my baby and did everything possible to keep her healthy for a while longer. On Christmas Eve Gidget passed. As hard as loosing her was, it would have been much worse without the care she received from the entire staff at the clinic and the kindness they showed my husband and I. They laughed with us and cried with us. They are caring, knowledgeable vets with huge hearts! I am thankful for each and everyone of them!Read Less

Dr. Jeni Knizley and her staff of veterinarians and vet techs are absolutely wonderful. They are kind, caring, and compassionate. They take the time to explain the procedures to me and are so gentle with my cats that they (the cats) don't even flinch when they are given shots! I have taken my two pups here for two years and I'm a big fan! Not only is the staff friendly, the doctors always take the time to explain what is necessary and what is optional. I make the decision regarding what I feel comfortable spending versus just being handed a big bill when I leave. I want what is best for my dogs but I also appreciate a vet that's budget friendly. This place is not one you want to take your animals to for care. The staff is rude and completely unprofessional. They are awful in the treatment of animals and even worse in how they treat the human customers. They are affiliated with the save a stray foundation who does not look out for the best interest of the animals but the best interest of themselves. Stay away from both of these affiliates.
