The clinic is super clean, we can always schedule convenient appointments, and Dr. Palmer is amazing. She gets straight to the point and is more than happy to answer any questions I bring to her about my dog. She is the only veterinarian I'll ever allow to examine my animals. I adore the staff at westside! Dr. Palmer has been wonderful to me and my animals. Do not get me wrong both doctors Hannon and Long are wonderful as well! My cat who passed only really liked females so that was when Dr. Palmer became my primary and I am very bonded with her. I am beyond impressed with this veterinary hospital!  We are new to the area and our canine son's health is of the utmost importance!  We have utilized veterinary services in Denver and Southwest Montana, both experiences were average with above average costs.  Our dog has major skin allergies and it has been quite a journey trying to find a solution that is effective.  We have spent a lot of money in this endeavor and nothing ever seems to work...UNTIL NOW!  The Veterinarian at Westside was super knowledgeable about the topic, and she was able to solve the issue quickly and in a very cost-effective manner!  She was also up to date on the latest treatments and medications - we were so impressed.  It's worth noting that we also scheduled an appointment to have our dog's teeth cleaned in which he is put under.  We do this every few years so he will live longer (the breed is known for teeth problems).  At Westside, the procedure is half the price we have paid in the past!  Not only that, but on the day of the appointment, the Veterinarian checked him out and told us that a teeth cleaning was not necessary at this time. My cat tested positive for Feline Leukemia. They tried to put him to sleep that day and said he would be sick and die within six months.....Over a year later he has never been sick a day in his life! I took him to Auburn University and was told he is perfectly healthy and was only a carrier of the virus. So glad I didn't listen and let them kill my Garebear!!! Read Less
