I have been taking my African Gray to this facility since 2 years ago. We have followed the doctor's advice and we took both our birds, Shakespeare (african gray) and Mango (conure) yesterday for their annual physical and beak trimming. The staff is very polite and nice. It was so easy to schedule an appointment . Doctor Lewis is very knowledgeable and attentive, he makes my birds feel at ease and very comfortable. Their examination was very thorough and he answered our questions to our satisfaction and provided tips for their well being. I highly recommend this facility.

I am posting this review to try to help this facility. The Front Desk lady is súper nice. My dog loved her. Imagine my disappointment at picking up my dog after just a day of boarding and his fur was matted with poop and urine. I tried to sit him in the car and he demanded to be ran like he had not been walked any. Don't advertise boarding if you lack the staff. The barking by all the dogs was traumatizing to me. I could not imagine dogs having to sleep among all that barking.

I have a personal history and relationship to this clinic and the staff, and can speak with first hand knowledge that through and through, the staff's number one priority is the health and happiness of your pet. Dr. Lewis takes the time needed to help owners really understand their pet's health and needs, whether it's a healthy puppy or kitten or an exotic pet with dietary and environmental challenges. Many of their clients have been with the clinic for many years, bringing generations of pets there for care, and that speaks volumes for the quality of this clinic.

A giant heart shaped shoutout to the folks at Bell Road Animal Hospital. My daughter's beloved gecko, Holly Golightly, contracted an incurable illness and needed to take the long sleep. We brought her here and the Dr. Lewis along with his staff were so compassionate and understanding. There was no judgement when my daughter sobbed her goodbyes, and I felt they truly sympathized with her sorrow. This feeling was confirmed tonight when we found a Sympathy Card signed by the whole staff in our mailbox today. What a thoughtful and very appreciated gesture! Thank you so much for everything you did and we are looking forward to you caring for Obi-Wan, the new gecko!

I have used Bell Road Animal Medical Center and Dr Lewis for a few years to take care of my reptiles. No matter what the problem is, he is always very helpful. He explains things to me. He doesn't rush animals in and out. Dr Lewis spends time examining each animal. He even prints off the latest information, at least for reptiles. I recommend Bell Road Animal Medical Center to all my friends that have reptiles, or live in Montgomery. I drive from Millbrook to get the best care for my pet reptiles

Bell Road is very sweet and accommodating to your pets needs.Office Manager, Andrea, made my appointment for Mini Wheat's blood work. PR coordinator, Jennifer, entered me into the flat screen TV drawing and LOVES Mini Wheat. Dr. Lewis was quick with results and highly knowledgeable about Mini Wheat's health. I bring all four of my fur-babies here, two dogs and two cats and Im always happy with Bell Road and their staff! Thank you Bell Road!

Love this place! Awesome staff, and Dr Lewis takes time to talk with you, not to you. They took great care of the Big Dog Nerd when we were in for lab work. Give them a try!

Bell Road is very sweet and accommodating to your pets needs.Office Manager, Andrea, made my appointment for Mini Wheat's blood work. PR coordinator, Jennifer, entered me into the flat screen TV drawing and LOVES Mini Wheat. Dr. Lewis was quick with results and highly knowledgeable about Mini Wheat's health. I bring all four of my fur-babies here, two dogs and two cats and Im always happy with Bell Road and their staff! Thank you Bell Road!
