Very disappointed in our service today. I sent my husband with my dog for her annual exam. Normally we do not have issues but today we were charged for services not needed. (Heartworm occult) When ...
Very disappointed in our service today. I sent my husband with my dog for her annual exam. Normally we do not have issues but today we were charged for services not needed. (Heartworm occult) When I called to talk to them about it they basically said there was nothing that could be done since they also had to pay for the test to be done. I feel like they overcharged us excessively for our visit and spoke with both Kathy and Heather in the office. Heather recommended that I call ahead of time to specifically mention services needed or not needed for my pet. I asked that a notation be made in our file for future office visits. If you are planning on using this vet's services I recommend doing the same! In my family we stay busy and the same "pet parent" cannot always go to appointments. The information one "pet parent" knows the other "pet parent" may not know OR IN THIS CASE what one person tells the assistant isn't necessarily HEARD AND UNDERSTOOD.

Many thanks for all your generosity. We were traveling home from Tennessee and our 5 month old puppy was very sick from eating leafs and berries from a holly bush. me and my husband were both scared we might loose him cause he was not getting any better. The care we received was amazing. Today we are home in sunny Florida and he is doing so much better. Thank goodness for all of you. You are a true godsend.

Phillips/Dunn Animal Hospital is exceptional as far as vets go. My job has me moving quite a bit and no vet has ever taken as good of care of my cats as the staff there. For instance, I moved from the area recently and asked them to review some xrays they had taken earlier in the year. They called me back within minutes with information on my cat. No charge for a consult even. They re just great people!

Very disappointed in our service today. I sent my husband with my dog for her annual exam. Normally we do not have issues but today we were charged for services not needed. (Heartworm occult) When I called to talk to them about it they basically said there was nothing that could be done since they also had to pay for the test to be done.
