My Dog Lucky is real Lucky to have Dr. Carter & Dr. Pertle to tend to him.When he got hit by a 18 wheeler years ago,and other needs he has needed over the years has been AWESOME.It is like going home to True Family.He has been there several times for Dogie Daycare when needed.The LOVE he received has spoiled him many times over.He is almost 13 years old now so like me he is an old man.I must say my Dog is my BEST Friend and I am HONORED to have these Doctors and a KIND Staff tending to his every need.This is a PRICELESS GIFT INDEED!!!

I had a horrible experience with this place. My puppy had worms during his first visit, then his second visit my boyfriend took the puppy, instead of myself. The assistant accused him of not feeding the dog because he was so skinny. No fricken duh, he's going to be skinny after having two types of worms. Will NOT be back here at all!

So thankful our Cooper is okay. He had a close call today on the farm. He was trying to stay cool under the bush hog & when Obie went to turn on the blades he was stil underneath. He yelped & Obie imm...
So thankful our Cooper is okay. He had a close call today on the farm. He was trying to stay cool under the bush hog & when Obie went to turn on the blades he was stil underneath. He yelped & Obie immediately disengaged the blade. BIG thanks to Dr. Will Carter for personally taking my call & staying late to check him out. We love our vet who appreciates how much we love our family dog. If you are in need of a professional & caring vet, I can't imagine you finding a better one!

Dr.Carter and the staff are the friendliest, most caring vet doctors I have seen in a while. Dr. Carter has the best bed side manner, I have ever encountered for all my animals.Seems he wants to make sure they are just as comfortable when they are there too. He talks to them, and pets them, during the whole visit. He geniunely cares for the animals that are brought to him.I have used him in regular visits, and emergency/after hour visits. He never makes me feel I have bothered him. He has even left his supper table for me and my babies. I esp like how he personally takes the time to return my call and talk to me about certain concerns, and never rushes me. Answers every question I have had. I even had a question he had no answer to, but he researched it and called me back in the same day. For everyone in the Snowdoun area, and beyond...He is an awesome Vet Dr., and so is the staff ! Thank you Dr. Carter !!

I had a horrible experience with this place. My puppy had worms during his first visit, then his second visit my boyfriend took the puppy, instead of myself.
