This is the best Veterinarian Clinic around!! They are well staffed, the assistants are nice, the Veterinarians are thorough, compassionate and super friendly! The greatest thing about Branchville Animal Hospital is that they try their best to save you money. They tell you what is needed, and what they could also do or prescribe, but is not completely necessary. They really do care about you, your pet, their health, and about saving you money. This is where I take my little Rocky the Rat Terrier, who is a newly diagnosed diabetic dog! Dr Harmon is his vet, and we love her to pieces! She has the kindest bedside manner, very patient and loving to my little Rock, who is a grumpy old man! Lol! Actually the whole staff there is like family. They all have, what I see as a calling to help animals of all different kinds! The hospital is roomy and extremely clean. I recommend them all highly. Possibly the best vet clinic I've ever taken a pet to. Docs & staff are very attentive to your pet's needs. But what I REALLY like, is their prices are a bit lower than other clinics, but I feel they provide a higher level of care. And the really cool part, they are fast. Sure you may have to wait a bit bc they are just so busy, but once you get called back, they get to business. They don't dawdle, and you can see people like you waiting, getting called back, then leaving a few minutes later, so you know the line is moving along. Then when your turn comes, you feel like they are focusing on you & your pet, but they aren't rushing you. great small town vet! we take our 3 dogs there for routine shots and have for emergencies as well. they are great at giving you all the options they know and never trying to pushy on meds/products! dr. harmon is who we usually see and she is very sweet & gentle with our dogs. Read Less

Dr. Bing, his staff and the other vets have been taking care of our fur babies for almost three years now and we live then so much. It is a bit of a drive for us, but totally worth it. We started there with our Oscar the Greyhound and then added both of the cats. All of the vets are very knowledgeable, compassionate and down to earth.Read Less

My goat (Darcy) had an accident while I was out of town, she had her leg caught in a tarp rope. It cut off the bloodflow to her back right leg, and the leg felt cold. She was within one week of giving birth. I took her to Branchville Animal Hospital (First time ever), even though they are 45 minutes from our house, because of their prices (Excellent). I saw Dr. Justin Padgett. He was very kind, and explained to me what was wrong with my goat, and what I needed to do about it. He took into consideration my financial situation when choosing medication, and explained to me how it would help her. She gave birth without any complications, which was a major blessing. Well, it ended up that her leg had died, so I took her back on September 26th to get her leg amputated, which Dr. Padgett also did. I like Dr. Padgett, and Branchville Animal Hospital in general, because in my experience they have been: -Helpful -Knowlegeable -Patient (with all of my many questions) -Considerate (With finances, attachment to animal, time, etc.) -Inexpensive The ONLY reason I am taking off one star is because I took Darcy's two kids to Branchville Animal Hospital to be disbudded. I dropped them off, and came back to pick them up, but they said that the baby boy had died under anesthesia. It is hard for me to come to terms with that. I don't think it is their fault, and they did try to save him, but no one had let me know they were going to be using anesthesia on my goats, or gotten me to sign a waiver form (I guess it is different for goats). It surprised me because normally they communicate exactly what they are doing or will be doing, especially if you ask. Can't say enough about this place and staff. I have 2 Poms, one is extremely problematic. He has everything from diabetes to a heart condition. It seems we are always at the vet and I don't know what I would do without Branchville Animal Hospital. Their team of vets are so personable. On more than one occasion I've had to meet with them after hours. I can only imagine how frustrating this must be for them to get a call on the weekend and have to leave the comfort of their homes but they do. They do it with a smile and a care in their heart. Dr. Harmon is wonderful. Pom came in with literally no hair on his body. Today he now almost has a full coat. After spending over $2K for a dermatologist specializing in pets. She was able to diagnose him and correct his hair loss. The staff is fabulous and so friendly. They are swamped but never let you know it. Grateful for their service.Read Less

I have used Branchville Animal Hospital for almost 2 yrs. I use to work in the Moody area so it was convenient when i needed to bring my fur babies to the vet, even though I live over an hour away. I no longer work in Moody but I still use Dr Bean and his staff, and would not think of going anywhere else! Dr. Bean is the vet we normally see, but I have also dealt with Dr Harmon after hours via telephone, and she is wonderful too! I VERY HIGHLY recommend this practice! Read Less

Dr. Bean has created an excellent vet hospital where lots of us drive 40+ miles to get the best for our pets. Kate, my 100 lb. GSD, walks eagerly in to see vets, receptionists, and vet techs who greet her by name after almost 9 years. Better to know hers than mine!! Taking a nasty fall down deck steps while playing red ball with her wild puppy friend, Kate was greeted and treated today by new Branchville vet, Dr. Justin Padgett. He kneeled to greet her. Great sign. Thorough examination, careful listening to details, food choices, and strong diagnostic skills led to treatment choices. We started her meds mid afternoon; she is perking up this evening. House arrest and no red ball play for 10 days is the ugh fact. We were very pleased with Dr. Padgett's treatment and skills. We're glad he has joined the Dr. Bean team! Read Less
