I have always used this clinic for my animals. They have always acted like they care about animals and always treated mine with love. On November 23 of 2017 I call the vet out to check my horse because she acted like she was colicky. Dr. Thompson came out gave her some fluids and a shot. She was here for about 20 to 30 minutes, she was already in my area , when I called her. She told me that she was going to have to charge me for emergency call . I told her that would be fine. But what I didn’t know is she was going to charge me for a call out to. My bill was over $300 dollars for about 30 minutes. My husband call them to discuss the bill they told him that was there policy. We pay the bill but wasn’t happy. My horse wasn’t getting any better after she came out, so I called them back several times. I could not get them to come out to recheck her. Finally was told that they could not do anything else for my horse. The next day I got another vet from another county to come out to check her. He took an hour to two hours working with her. Finally he took her into his clinic she seemed to be doing a lot better. After they had her on fluids and everything but because that it was so long in between the treatments with her rolling she must have torn her intestine. They had to put her down because she was in so much pain. When they get their degree for being a doctor or veterinarian they take an oath . I believe that whether they could help her or not they should’ve least came out and tried.

Absolutely the best practice I have ever taken my dog to! Dr. Thompson and the other staff were miracle workers with my not so cooperative bratty German Sheppard Mix. They are stuck with us now. Never going anywhere else! Highly recommend them!

They do great work with cats and dogs but I had to take a goat that had been attacked by a dog and the doc said the goat would make it no problem but the very next morning my poor baby was dead

I can not thank the staff at Animal Hospital enough. Everyone from the moment you walk in the door is great. Thank you to Brooke for loving on my baby and giving me updates, Shelby was exceptionally great when we got to the back with my kitty, Dr. Edwards was a life saver, literally. I just cannot say enough how thankful I am to have a great professional place to go for the care and needs of my babies.

Dr. Thompson has taken care of my puppy since the day we brought him in. She has been the most loving and caring person I've ever met. When the time came last week to have him neutered, not only did she come out and personally take him from me, but she answered every question I had while bouncing and comforting him like a baby. When I had some serious concerns last night about his incision, I called the emergency answering service and was connected with Dr. Coe. Even though I apologized for bothering him so late he kept reassuring me it was perfectly ok and if he could help throughout the night to let him know. I truly believe these Dr's love animals and they were called to do this job. Thank you all so much!!

Unfortunately Sam was too sick and did not make it Dr. Coe was very compassionate and made sure even after he passed away that our Sam received excellent care. I just wanted to send along a "long time coming" THANK YOU ALL !! I used to live in Blount County and took my pups here for vet care. I think the staff and docs are great! They have been known for many years to help rescues, and they also participate in some TNR programs for feral kitties. A couple years ago we had to say good bye to one of our pups and the doc was very caring to us and very kind to our pup. They did everything they could do to save him. They also guided us as to how we could have him cremated. They were all very kind and showed us and our pup such sweet respect in our time of need. This clinic is one of the best there is!! Wishing the docs and staff much continued success and very Best Wishes for all they do to help animals in people!!

I have always used this clinic for my animals. They have always acted like they care about animals and always treated mine with love.
