Horrible communication skills. Had a problem with a overcharge on vet billing . Dr and Office and office manager would not return call.Had to deal with a young girl that gave no help.Will not return have 4 dogs all rescue. Just moved to Orange Beach have been here 9 mo. First Bad experience with anyone in the Orange Beach area. I have 3 veterinarians in Daphne I have used over the years no problems. I wanted to keep my business local because I love the area and people. This is not just about the money it's ethics and integrity . I Do Not recommend this Veterinary. Customer Beware.

Thank You for taking good care of our furbaby while we was on vacation last week. I was afraid having her in boarding kennels for 5 days would change her but it did'nt. All the ladies at the office was nice and helpful. They let me check my furbaby out everyday for a couple hours to take her to the park, which I'm greatful for. I did a lot of research to find a good boarding service i could depend on and I'm happy with the decision i made in trusting Gulf Coast Veterinary Hospital. Thanks again

Love, love, love this wonderful clinic. The staff is fabulous and Dr. Brown is so very caring and concerned for our puppies. Frankie and Isabella just got a gorgeous summer cut from Charlene and they are so excited to be beautifully cool!! I could not be happier with our Vet and his grand staff!!! Do not ever take your pet here unless you want to overpay for everything. My experience was the classic bait and switch. They tell you one price, but when you get there it is much higher. Additionally, after my dog had surgery, the doctor never came out to advise me of after care procedures when I picked him up. The staff is insolent and rude. I felt very deceived. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Thank You for taking good care of our furbaby while we was on vacation last week. I was afraid having her in boarding kennels for 5 days would change her but it did'nt. All the ladies at the office was nice and helpful. They let me check my furbaby out everyday for a couple hours to take her to the park, which I'm greatful for. I did a lot of research to find a good boarding service i could depend on and I'm happy with the decision i made in trusting Gulf Coast Veterinary Hospital. Thanks again

Do not ever take your pet here unless you want to overpay for everything. My experience was the classic bait and switch. They tell you one price, but when you get there it is much higher. Additionally, after my dog had surgery, the doctor never came out to advise me of after care procedures when I picked him up. The staff is insolent and rude. I felt very deceived.
