Was a little nervous about my poodles health, things were changing. Not only did the vet reassure me about my concerns, she did a whole examination to check any issues that might be there! Her assista...
Was a little nervous about my poodles health, things were changing. Not only did the vet reassure me about my concerns, she did a whole examination to check any issues that might be there! Her assistant calmed my dog, gently petting her and speaking quietly to her. Then when I went to check out, even there I was treated with respect and concern! Out of 5 stars, they receive a 5, a 5, a 5!!!!!!!

I'm not satisfied with this vet clinic at all. I made a appointment Friday to have my chihuahua bathe and her nails clipped I talked to the groomer myself he told me to bring her in Saturday at 11am. ...
I'm not satisfied with this vet clinic at all. I made a appointment Friday to have my chihuahua bathe and her nails clipped I talked to the groomer myself he told me to bring her in Saturday at 11am. When we arrived I was told at the front desk that they had two other dogs In the back being groomed and when could I come back I said today the other lady said no we close in 30 minutes. I said well i drove 30 mins and she has a appointment then the other lady said again what other day can you bring her? I don't think it's right for me to have to bring her back a different day when I had a appointment for her to be seen that day. They didn't even apologize or even care that I drove 30 mins and that she had a appointment to be seen. When she ask the third time what day I could bring her back I said I want be bringing her back here and she slammed her book shut and said OKAY THEN! she was very rude. This is not a way to treat your customers. I work alot and today was my off day and I waisted my time and gas to be cancelled on. This is Not how a good business is ran.

Always had excellent service and friendly as well as very knowledgeable workers. They are amazing with my cat and very thorough with the examination. Very understanding with any financial situation as they allow payment plans and they do not deny service if an over balance due is on the account. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Highly recommend!! Took my dog there Doc.recomended aspirin for his joints 3days latter he,s back to his old self thanks Doc.& staff they care!!!!

Don't know about the vet....but the groomer is horrible. Did not do what I asked ...then when I called back he denied what I told him to do and did not offer to correct it. I will never go back.

We have been more than satisfied with the service from staff and vets. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a vet. We have been using them for around 7 years. We have a 100lb lab who is terrified to go through the door. Larry has come out and sat on the waiting room floor to do yearly check up and shots to minimize his anxiety. Our pets are our family and I would not take them anywhere I was not completely confident about the care and service.

I'm not satisfied with this vet clinic at all. I made a appointment Friday to have my chihuahua bathe and her nails clipped I talked to the groomer myself he told me to bring her in Saturday at 11am. We have been more than satisfied with the service from staff and vets. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a vet. We have been using them for around 7 years. We have a 100lb lab who is terrified to go through the door. Larry has come out and sat on the waiting room floor to do yearly check up and shots to minimize his anxiety. Our pets are our family and I would not take them anywhere I was not completely confident about the care and service.
