I have been taking my Dogs here for years and I believe they deserve the very best so that should tell you how much I value Mountain Top Animal Clinic. They care about my Dogs and they care about my feelings about my Dogs. Everyone from the Doctor on down has been Excellent. The cost is much better then anyplace around even though that is not my first concern but it does help when you have several Dogs. They are my babies and I have faith they are cared for just that way here. Read Less

This vet is great. Since I have moved up and had to find a new vet a couple years ago I couldn't be happier. They are wonderful with your pets. They saved my pugs life when she had bladder stones. They have done routine care on my others. Have neautered one of mine and now another fur baby is there. There prices are reasonable which tells me they care more about the animals than over charging people like most vets do. I highly recommend them Read Less

I'm not going to lie. Price wise this is great. Care wise? Not good. I do believe that they do take care of our animals but that was not the case for my furry baby. This is the story: I came to pick her up Thursday at four. Though I didn't re as lize that they closed at 12:00 on Thursdays instead or 5:00 like every other day. That was a mistake on my part. Luckily the Ups man told me where Dr. Michael Shavers live and I asked him if he would allow me to get her though they had already closed. He agreed told me to meet him there. I was let in and allowed to get her. I noticed that it was a bit strange that she had been in her carrier, but was to excited about having my baby back to ponder it for to long. I thanked then and started on my way home. Nice story right? Wrong. A few miles down the road I started to smell something putrid. I stopped at a gas station to check her. She had an inch or what smelt and looked to be pee and vomit on the bottom of her cage. She was covered in it. She also has a incision that had been exposed to it as well. I. Was. Furious. They closed at 12, she could have been sitting in her own vomit for 4 HOURS. They neglected to put her in a kennel before they left for the night. She could have had to sit in it all night. However I do think that when they fed then before night they would have notice she not in a kennel. What the did was animal neglect. I do not think it is a bad place but they should take more care that all pets are accounted for in a safe and clean place before they are left alone. I would have happily paid for an extra night for her to stay (since I had not paid close enough attention to their next day operation hours) if it meant she didn't have to sleep in her own WASTE.Read Less
