Two weeks ago my dog was dropped off for annual shots and bath. My sister picked him up and said he smelled like he was just sprayed with cologne and hadn’t been cleaned. When we told the office about...
Two weeks ago my dog was dropped off for annual shots and bath. My sister picked him up and said he smelled like he was just sprayed with cologne and hadn’t been cleaned. When we told the office about it, they agreed to another bath at no cost and admitted to my sister they had problems with the employee who had been giving baths and she is no longer employed with them. When I boarded my dog last week for several days, he came back and pooped blood. I called the vet’s office and was told by Billy Rae that she would connect with the vet on duty and would call me back. I called them back the following morning (today) and was told that they tried calling me 3 times but my phone could not accept calls. Which can’t be true considering I have a booster in my home that gives me full bars the entire time I’m at home. I recommend NOT taking your pet here. Poor service all around.

This place is wonderful! We were traveling through the state on vaca and had an issue with one of our dogs. We called and they moved things around so we could get in to see the doctor that morning. Dr. Allison was wonderful and went above and beyond with our case. We left with a better pup, more answers than questions, and a sense of well being that our travels could continue. Thank you, AMC!

This is the most worst experience ever and my dog still suffering till now from lack of medication

Around two weeks ago we had to take our cat to the vet. We took her to Animal Medical Clinic...the one closest to downtown. It was a critical situation and they knew Summer Medley and the rest of us were upset. It ended up that Patty, our cat, passed away 6 days later. They did all they could to help her. Everyone who works there was so compassionate and loving to Patty and to us as well. They mailed us a card telling how sorry they were that she had passed away, then today they called us. I went by there and they had made a paw print of Patty and gave it to us. There are some other things that they have done for us that will go unmentioned, but we are so thankful of. I wanted to let people know how wonderful these people are and that they love your animals as their own. Thank you Animal Medical Clinic for all you have done for us and God Bless you all! <3

Two weeks ago my dog was dropped off for annual shots and bath. My sister picked him up and said he smelled like he was just sprayed with cologne and hadn’t been cleaned.
