Will not allow you to purchase any medications from 1800petmeds etc with their authorization. Essentially you must purchase their meds from them at their super inflated prices. I guess they only are willing to take care of their upper class customers and animals. People who cant afford their prices aren't their problem.

Nice, patient and informative people. "Curb service" for picking up flea medicine is happily provided! Bc their accessibility is not that great, no designated parking for people w/disabilities, and a tall curb in front. I was given a $25 mail-in rebate this time (instead of getting two free when you buy 6; better than nothing. rebate form has a text option.) All my questions were answered. I first came here using a Groupon to try it out, and I think the man vet might not be into cats, (but I was spoiled at The Cat Clinic and miss Dr. Ann Branch.) I see there is a Groupon again to use with my new cats.

The price they charge for their medicines are extremely expensive. Saraland vet DOES NOT give prescriptions so you're able to purchase your pet medicine from another location at a lower price, they want you to pay double the price and get medicine from them. After checking around I was able to get my pet medicine from another vet at half the price Saraland wanted to charge me.

Very nice people. But the receptionist is rude. Didnt seem to care. And she wouldnt even look at me when i asked questions. Just seemed like i was bothering her. But the veterinarian seemed very confident and comfortable around barking dogs. She was a very easy going lady.

I took my rescue dog there for several appointments. Although Dr. George seems to be an intelligent man, he is prideful and unwilling to spend the time necessary to appropriately assess an ill animal....
I took my rescue dog there for several appointments. Although Dr. George seems to be an intelligent man, he is prideful and unwilling to spend the time necessary to appropriately assess an ill animal. My appointment was blown off on more than one occasion. He fails to commit to his own appointments and fails to apologize for his own shortcomings. One visit, I was driving across the bay from Daphne and hit some traffic. I called and warned them I would only be 5 minutes late. Upon arrival, Dr. George had left the office for a personal appointment and the staff claimed I'd have to wait three hours before my sick dog could be seen. I was 5 minutes late. Not 10. Not 20. 5 minutes due to traffic. On a phone call to discuss my disappointment with the visit after waiting three hours and not getting any kind of update, he claimed "Its your problem" and offered no apology or intention of amends.

I was treated very disrespectfully at Saraland Veterinary Clinic this week. However, I did feel that the Veterinarian on hand was sincere and treated my animal with care. With all do respect too local business, I will leave my comment with the hopes of improvement with their customer service. And I am not giving up on our local veterinarian clinic.
I hope all that read this support local business. Please treat your customers, clients, patents, ect.. with kindness. Thank You

The price they charge for their medicines are extremely expensive. Saraland vet DOES NOT give prescriptions so you're able to purchase your pet medicine from another location at a lower price, they want you to pay double the price and get medicine from them. Very nice people. But the receptionist is rude. Didnt seem to care. And she wouldnt even look at me when i asked questions. Just seemed like i was bothering her. But the veterinarian seemed very confident and comfortable around barking dogs. She was a very easy going lady.

I was treated very disrespectfully at Saraland Veterinary Clinic this week. However, I did feel that the Veterinarian on hand was sincere and treated my animal with care. With all do respect too local business, I will leave my comment with the hopes of improvement with their customer service. And I am not giving up on our local veterinarian clinic.
