Stay 'away' from this vet clinic unless you do NOT mind being 'overcharged!' I took a rescued cat there, she had a runny nose and congestion and no fever. My cat only required an antibiotic medicine. I told Dr Gambles that I wanted the cat to be treated for only the immediate issue of her runny nose and congestion. She kept trying to include other treatments that were not even urgent and could be adressed seperately on another visit. But she only wanted to up the cost for the bill. Even after I told her that I wasn't there for anything but to address the cat's runny nose and congestion, she still over charged me anyways!! I 'never' agreed to the other 2 charges. She over charged $60.00 for pain meds and 2 antibiotics instead of one! The cat only needed one antibiotic treatment and certainly did 'not' need pain meds! This is a deliberate act of over charging!! And Dr Gambles is also very argumentive. She tried to tell me that no other vets will give vaccinations for feline leukemia unless they test the cat first. Not true because I know vets that will. She owes me a refund of $60 of which I doubt she will ever give back to me. Dr Gambles is most likely very pleased with herself for overcharging me! I called to leave Dr Gambles a message, that I was upset and expected a $60 refund , for the over charges. The clerk began talking over me very rudely and would 'not' allow me to speak. I needed her to 'relay' the message, 'not' to give me her opinion. She continued to interrupt me, which made matters worse and further proving that they do not care what paying customers think when it comes to any negative feedbacks. They are very expensive and agressively push for other services that are not required. I obviously will never return there, and will continue seeing my other vet, that has 'never' over charged me once in 12 yrs! I gave Dr Gambles a chance and she chose to take advantage of me instead .
