Only reason I gave them a 1star rating is that is the lowest ranking available. I order meds for my dog through online Pet Meds. The heartworm treatment I give my dog comes in 6-month packages. For 11 years I have had absolutely no issues with getting my dog his meds and if needed care at the Clinic. After Dr. Bo and Dr. Ann left, loyalty as a customer left with them. Since they left the practice, I have to argue with the clinic each time I refill my dog's prescription because they want me to buy the meds from them, but they charge double what I am paying online at Pet Meds. This time when I tried to fill the prescription, they refused because my dog is due his annual checkup by April 20th of this year and since the prescription comes 6 doses to the box, my dog will have to have a fecal test in April before they will honor the prescription. I tried to resolve this for 2 days. The first day I was placed on hold for 39 minutes 6 secs, before I hung up and called again, only to be greeted with a message that said to leave a message and someone would return the call. Still waiting on that call, so I called them when Pet Meds called me this morning about the prescription refusal from Britt Vet Svc and was greeted with a very unprofessional person that could only tell me that their policy now is not allow me to get the meds from PETMEDS this time because 2 pills would be left over by the time, he was due his yearly visit and I would have to purchase the medicine from them. For this GROUP, Britt Vet Svc it is all about MONEY, not care or loyalty to customers that have been loyal to their Clinic for years. The phone number I left is the Clinics number because they do not need my phone number online for this review. Please find another Vet if you are using Britt Vet SVC. They DO NOT CARE!!! Read Less
