Dr. Jay has been instrumental in the the quality of life for our dogs, all 7 of them. Dr.Jay is always educating himself and his team for new and improved diagnosis, surgery, and quality of life. Dr. Jay is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain in great detail the surgery that was performed on Honey's knee. Looked for a clinic for a while after my veterinarian moved out of state. I was a vet tech for a long time so I am picky and a worry wart. The staff and doctors here have made me feel very happy with my decision. They are kind, thorough, show a genuine care for the animals and their prices are very reasonable. Speaking of that, they don’t charge you an arm and a leg by walking in the door. A lot of clinics have become so out rageous it makes it hard for people to own pets. Now I know that things have to be paid for, salaries have to be paid and supplies have to be bought, but there is a point where it becomes ridiculous with how much you’re charged. You will not find this at this place, you will find reasonable prices, Staff that understands people live on budgets like most of us do and a very welcoming environment. I’ve been a client for several months now and give them an A+ so far!

I usually use a different vet clinic, but needed emergency help for my dog and they were able to get us in and examine her quickly. They had to keep her overnight for 2 nights, and called with updates...
I usually use a different vet clinic, but needed emergency help for my dog and they were able to get us in and examine her quickly. They had to keep her overnight for 2 nights, and called with updates each evening and encouraged us to come by as often as we wanted to see her. They took great care of her and were so kind to us when we were worried about our dog. I definitely recommend them to others who are looking for somewhere to treat their animals.

The staff is always friendly and attentive and the veterinarians are always thorough in their exams. With geriatric pets I think this is very important.

I had to bring my very sick cat to 280 animal medical center on a Sunday. The Doctor on call was amazing and took care of us right away. Despite the fact that I ended up having to put my cat down a few days later......I will now be bringing my 3 dogs in for their regular care. I was so impressed with the way my pet and myself were treated. No other animal center can compare in my mind. I can't believe it took me this long to find this gem! I can't recommend this place enough! Thanks to everyone who took care of us!

When it was time to say goodbye to one of our dogs, they were understanding, sympathtic and treated her and us with the utmost respect.
Our 3 dogs and 2 cats will never go anywhere else, but here.

When my birddog was diagnosed with bone cancer, they went all out to find ways to give her more time with good quality of life. After 7 months, she's in full remission and going strong on 3 legs. We moved from northern Indiana in 2005 where we enjoyed the many benefits of the Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine with one of the most modern and up-to-date animal hospitals in the nation. This remarkable facility added many years to the time we were permitted to spend with some of our most beloved pets. We were delighted to find many of the same attributes locally with the "280 Animal Medical Center" in Westover. Anyone who visits this clinic will be most impressed with its cleanliness (no odors commonly associated with animal clinics); state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic equipment; an ever-expanding
impressive physical plant; and an extremely knowledgeable and compassionate staff. The physicians and their technical assistants' knowledge and competence is only exceeded by their enthusiasm and obvious love for their patients. We have also pleasantly discovered that the fees for the clinic's array of services is considerably lower than those of their competitors. Truly a wonderful facility for those that love their pets as family!!!

We had a situation where our puppy fell off a bed and wasn't able to put weight on its foot. It was Sunday, although we weren't yet patients Dr. Jay met us at the clinic through the after hours number. Dr. Jay was extremely informative and compassionate to our family and our puppy (the family was more rattled than our puppy). It's wasn't the plan for how I wanted to spend Sunday morning, but a super beneficial way of spending my time. Thanks Dr. Jay.

The staff and doctors here have made me feel very happy with my decision. They are kind, thorough, show a genuine care for the animals and their prices are very reasonable. Speaking of that, they don’t charge you an arm and a leg by walking in the door. A lot of clinics have become so out rageous it makes it hard for people to own pets. I have never been disappointed with the care the Veterinarians and the Staff give my pets. They take the time to explain what is going on with your pets issues. The staff is always friendly and attentive and the veterinarians are always thorough in their exams. With geriatric pets I think this is very important.

I had to bring my very sick cat to 280 animal medical center on a Sunday. The Doctor on call was amazing and took care of us right away. Despite the fact that I ended up having to put my cat down a few days later......I will now be bringing my 3 dogs in for their regular care. I was so impressed with the way my pet and myself were treated. No other animal center can compare in my mind. I can't believe it took me this long to find this gem! I can't recommend this place enough! Thanks to everyone who took care of us!

The people here are always a pleasure to see. They are so sweet and love animals. They care about me, and they genuinely want my pet to feel better and be healthy. I love 280 Animal Medical Center!

All staff and doctor's were very friendly and very thorough. Doc took time with me and made sure we went over everything. Will definitely be staying with them.

When it was time to say goodbye to one of our dogs, they were understanding, sympathtic and treated her and us with the utmost respect.
Our 3 dogs and 2 cats will never go anywhere else, but here.

Dr. Crisman is an extremely helpful vet who, without a doubt, puts the well being of animals before money. To me, that says a lot about him as a person. He has helped our dog through bilateral knee surgeries, explaining to us the various options for ligament repair, their pros, and their cons. We will continue to support 280 Animal Clinic.

It is a long drive for us, but it was well worth the drive!Very professional and kind. Happy we now have a back up for her treatments!Highly recommend!

Awesome Vets and staff. They treat your pets like they are their own. Not a one size fits all facility. They customize the treatment for every patient. When my birddog was diagnosed with bone cancer, they went all out to find ways to give her more time with good quality of life. After 7 months, she's in full remission and going strong on 3 legs. Love these folks. I'd let them work on me!

We moved from northern Indiana in 2005 where we enjoyed the many benefits of the Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine with one of the most modern and up-to-date animal hospitals in the nation. This remarkable facility added many years to the time we were permitted to spend with some of our most beloved pets. We were delighted to find many of the same attributes locally with the "280 Animal Medical Center" in Westover. Anyone who visits this clinic will be most impressed with its cleanliness (no odors commonly associated with animal clinics); state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic equipment; an ever-expanding
impressive physical plant; and an extremely knowledgeable and compassionate staff. The physicians and their technical assistants' knowledge and competence is only exceeded by their enthusiasm and obvious love for their patients. We have also pleasantly discovered that the fees for the clinic's array of services is considerably lower than those of their competitors. Truly a wonderful facility for those that love their pets as family!!!

We had a situation where our puppy fell off a bed and wasn't able to put weight on its foot. It was Sunday, although we weren't yet patients Dr. Jay met us at the clinic through the after hours number. Dr. Jay was extremely informative and compassionate to our family and our puppy (the family was more rattled than our puppy). It's wasn't the plan for how I wanted to spend Sunday morning, but a super beneficial way of spending my time. Thanks Dr. Jay.
