Can usually get appointment within a day, if not an emergency. Great staff and caring vets who are willing to answer questions and explain how to care for your pet when sick. Very long time user and we've had many pets cared for by all of the vets there. Read Less

We have had both our dogs groomed here with no problems, but one of our dogs had been peeing blood for a month or maybe a little longer. Took her here since we had both of our dogs there before. Had 2 ultrasounds done over a 2 week session and had the ultrasounds sent off for a professional opinion. One of the vets told me he "could not read an ultrasound" so I was already suspicious we should be having our dog looked at here. So we got their records and went to another vet--after being chastised by an unknown vet who said that any vet would only be able to do the same things they could do. I would not trust them for anything beyond grooming and annual check-ups. Too expensive and too inexperienced. Read Less

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to the doctors and the staff of Bryson Veterinary Clinic for their assistance with my elderly Jack Russell Terrier Skip. I love Dr Bryson, Dr. Faison and his support staff so much I will probably start crying before I finish this review. They have been there for my family through so many emergencies, road rescues, fosters, routine health care and giving support for the most difficult of decisions. The staff has always gone above and beyond my expectations. Dr Bryson is an excellent veterinarian. He even took my dog home with him to be monitored through the night. His personality is dry. I think people may misinterpret that as being uncaring. The facility is extremely clean. Read Less

Dr. Bryson is a caring vet. He always gives my pet a thorough check up. The grooming department is less approved with so so groomers. Although she is great at handling my older pet, so that makes it worthwhile to me. Read Less

I do not recommend Bryson Veterinary Clinic with the ONLY EXCEPTION being if you plan to see Dr. Faison. We took our cat in one year ago for surgery (Pyometra) and received a call the next morning that her bladder had hardened and they were unable to start a catheter. They told us they could refer us to the Auburn Vet School. We talked it over and called back letting them know that we did want the referral and they told us they were busy and would return the call. We waited HOURS, no call. Finally we told them we were headed to pick her up. Upon arrival we waited 45 minutes because we were told Dr. Bryson wanted to talk with us. It was soon closing time and finally he showed his face, without looking at me or my sister and told us, "It's a waste of time.". Our cat was handed to us, blue in the face, barely able to meow and freezing. They had left her to die. Auburn Vet School could not find why her bladder had hardened but were able to start a catheter and after 10 days she was released home to us. She is now ALIVE AND WELL thanks to Auburn Vet School. About 15 years ago I worked at the Bryson ' s clinic. Toby was a blood donor cat at the time. When I left to go to school at Troy I asked Dr Bryson if I could take Toby with me. He said yes. Toby has been with me ever since. He will be 20 this year and he is still in incredibly good health. Thanks to Dr and Mrs. Bryson for letting me take Toby all those years ago.
