Our dog is pretty healthy, so its usually just checkups, and those are straightforward. However, he is a challenge when it comes to getting his nails clipped, so much so that he now has needs sedatives for it. They charged me for the visit, the "mandatory" bordatella shot, and the sedatives. Cool, $120 to prep him for a nail clipping. I'll do what it takes to get these suckers trimmed. Except they told me to only give him one pill, two hours before his appointment for the nails - even says it on the bottle. I get there with my drugged out dog, and find out that I incorrectly gave him the wrong amount and he needed four pills! So I had to muzzle up my scared, quarter of the way drugged up dog, walk him back, and they still charged me $60 for the clipping. "That's the price it's always been." Negative. No way do I trust them anymore after giving me the wrong prescription directions and lying about the pricing. My dog still doesn't want to load up into the car after that.
