I spent countless amounts of money at Vca after about 4 visits to Vca, I took my dog into see doctor Joe he knew what the problem was immediately. As well they are very hands on vet lets you go in back with them for x-rays etc, no other vets do that for you. I will continue to use this Vet for future events. Read Less

I took my puppy in with a terrible ear infection. I have never reviewed a place before, but this has to have been one of my worst experiences with customer service. The doctor was literally doing stretches in front of me while completely ignoring my dog. I had to spend one whole hour listening to him ramble about everything excpept my animal. Finally I got to leave and he opened several containers of product almost requiring me to pay for them. I went to pay for God knows what and asked once again if the doctor could at least peak at my dogs ears. He looked, said it was nothing and goodby. I took my dog to another vet and she was extremely concerned. Gave me some medicine and it cleared up in a week. My experience was terrible. I wish I could get a refund for completely wasting my time. The staff also seems afraid of the vet. Read Less

Terrible front desk girl ( glasses). She is incredibly rude and should not be the face of this business. Her attitude is deplorable and I hope the owners keep a close eye on her as she said that an issue with my dog was probably fine and if it doesn't bother the dog then it's probably no big deal. She was unwilling to help me get him looked at and suggested that I leave him there all day just to see if he might be seen. Hell no. When asked for a referral of someone who might be able to see the dog sooner, got nothing but attitude and she sniped that she didn't know other doctors schedules. If this is the kind of service humans get, how the hell are the animals treated? I work in medical and I would lose my job if I was self diagnosing patients without them being seen and would be setting myself up for a law suit. My family will no longer be using this business for the care of our animals due to this girl and the outrageous costs for even the simplest visits. Read Less

Joe and Julie are both brilliant doctors and it was a privilege to work with them several years ago. They have been my family's vet for quite some time. They have been there for some serious emergencies, pregnant bichon that got terribly sick and they were able to keep the pups and momma alive. Overpriced. Especially for horse care. While the service was professional, the company charges way more than what they should. We had the vet come in to clean a wound. The next day we got a unreasonably high bill. They charged triple retail value for some items and the vet had not worked with horses recently. This led to a longer vet call than necessary. When I talked to the clerk, she was very defensive and rude. Later the vet that came out called and asked if there was an issue. I told her my concerns and she said she would talk to the boss and get back to me. I never got a call back from them, but they charged the full amount to our credit card on file. While we liked our vet, we are now looking for a horse vet that is more customer oriented, experienced, and has a more reasonable pricing model.Read Less

Both Joe and Julie are wonderful people. I have had extensive dealings with them with my pregnant great dane and they are wonderful. Joe also took the x-rays for my Danes OFA certification and without his dedication and persistance I would not have received the marks I did. They provided great care for my baby and her litter of twelve for a great price. I recomend this hospital to everyone, the Grohs and their staff have your pets best interest at heart.
