This clinic was highly recommended. Nestled in a private forested area, the environment is close to nature (which our beloved furry family members love).
The veterinarian who assisted us was very knowledgeable, informative, and listened to our concerns while actively addressing our questions. Her bedside manner with our cat was TOP-NOTCH, instantly comforting him and keeping him calm.

I have several dogs and have utilized All Creatures for several years. This clinic has some of the best vets in the area, they are kind and compassionate and you know they truly care; however their front desk and administrative staff is some of the worst I have ever experienced. Literally every single time I go, I sit in the waiting room upset with myself that I haven’t changed vets, then I get into the room with the vet and forget about it because of how amazing they are, and then upon experiencing their check out process I am right back to wishing I would change. They do not greet you, you could stand in front of them for ten minutes waiting to be helped and they will not make eye contact or assist you until they are good and ready. Making an appointment can often be frustrating depending on who answers the phone as often they are rude and unkind. If your dog needs to be seen semi-urgently, good luck, ear infections are pushed out a week or more Etc Their prices seem like they have slowly increased with benefits being removed at the same time, such as the exams no longer include free nail clippings. While they are not overly expensive, there are other vet clinic that will treat you respectfully, be kind, and take better care of you.

I had called around and got great reviews from this place. I called to get cost ideas. Was happy to hear I wouldn't be charged for exams every time I brought the puppies in for shots. Took my puppies in for first visit and was great. Took our puppies in for their 2nd set of shots, only expecting to pay the shot fee and was charged for the dr exam as well. When I called to discuss this, they stated for all puppies they do an exam and will be the same next time. Yeah not what they say to get you in the door. We also have pet insurance and they will not bill pet insurance. I will not be going back.

Been taking my pups there since their first rabies vaccination. Had my mama dog spayed there as well. Always friendly and fair. They will give you an estimate of costs prior to your dogs procedure upon request so they'll be no surprises when you get your final bill. So far I have had no issues and nothing but good service.

These folks are wonderful. They don't rush to try and push the most expensive treatments for animals, they keep you updated on your pets when they have surgery or need treatment for conditions.
They got my dog in last minute after he got trampled by a moose and explained everything it could be and recommended cheapest options first.
I always recommend them to people when they ask who I think they should use for their vet.

Dr Jennifer Cicali @ All Creatures Vet Clinic is a AWESOME veterinarian. She is knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. She treats my pets as if they were her own. Dr. Jen doesn't charge for unnecessary tests etc and is straight forward with costs/ treatments needed. She is a veterinarian who actually listens to you and your concerns about your beloved pet. I speak from personal experience as she recently volunteer to stay past her normal hours to do exploratory surgery on my Belgian...which I believe actually saved my dogs life. I would definitely recommend her for all your pets veterinary needs.

I also had to call back to ask more questions & they reassured me that I wasn't annoying or doing anything out of the normal. I USED to go to Palmer Vet Clinic, but not anymore!!! All Creatures Vet is MY Vet now!

Received very poor care today for a very basic issue. Refused to prescribe a very common medication and was judged heavily for purchasing my puppy from a reputable breeder who did preventative treatments. Seems like a very money driven clinic and frustrated they couldn't get more out of me for useless tests or additional unnecessary vaccines. I will never use them again or recommend them!

Our dog has cancer. Instead of pressuring us into buying the most expensive treatments, they explored all the options with us and let us make our own decisions. They have been there to answer all of our questions. (We have had a lot)
Throughout this process they have listened and been very supportive, understanding and caring.
I have had not so great experiences with other vets in the past, so it is nice to find one who genuinely listens and cares like this place does.
I highly recommend this place.

Throughout this process they have listened and been very supportive, understanding and caring.
I have had not so great experiences with other vets in the past, so it is nice to find one who genuinely listens and cares like this place does.

Two of my Great Danes have been treated here. First was for a cyst on my female Dane's tail. Second time was to have my male Dane neutered & microchipped. From the first phone call, staff was very thorough with requesting all information regarding my pets. New patient forms are easily accessible via their website & they also have a patient portal called "Petly" which contains all your pets' medical records.Their reception area is clean & organised. There are toys & some pet supplies available for purchase. The exam rooms are clean. Staff was very thorough explaining services & surgical procedures. You can even obtain copies upon request. Staff was also very thorough with providing aftercare instructions as well.Anyone who knows me personally is well aware that my Great Danes are my best friends & high end medical care for them is my number one priority. All Creatures Veterinary comes highly recommended.

My husband and I have been taking our animals, dogs & cats, to All Creatures since we moved to the Valley back in 1991. They have always treated us and our pets with kindness and care as if they were their own pets. The vet may not be my pets favorite place to visit, who does like to visit the doctor, but they are always treated well and lovingly cared for.

I absolutely loved All Creatures and felt very comfortable taking my pets there. Dr. Campbell and Dr. Masteller were so great with my dogs. The front desk staff is very, very friendly and welcoming. The clinic has a lot of stuff for sale in the main lobby, too.
I get my dog's skin allergy dog food here and it's reasonably priced compared to other locations.
I love that All Creatures has a vaccine clinic twice a year. Cheap vaccines for your pets without having to pay an office visit fee? Sign me up! I went once in the fall and the line wasn't so bad. I don't remember the day of week I went. I went to the following spring clinic right after work on a Friday and the line was all the way to the end of the parking lot! Frankly I don't know when the best time to go would be but it's such a great deal and worth waiting in line.
I recommend All Creatures for anyone looking for a great clinic for their dogs!

I seriously have to give a big thanks to this vet. I was having kinda a hard day struggling with a sickness had to bring my toddler with me and my GSD puppy (who is normally very well behaved at home but got very excited and down right crazy as soon as he entires the vet office guess I need to work on more socializing) anyways my son and puppy were a handful to say the least but all the staff were so overwhelmingly kind and caring and just nice people! My puppy scratched my boy a very sweet staff member took the time to doctor him up right :) for that I am so thankful. I seriously felt like they cared about me my pet and my family. Plus I don't think it was outrageously priced so that's good. I know where I will take my business :)

I have several dogs and have utilized All Creatures for several years. These folks are wonderful. They don't rush to try and push the most expensive treatments for animals, they keep you updated on your pets when they have surgery or need treatment for conditions.
They got my dog in last minute after he got trampled by a moose and explained everything it could be and recommended cheapest options first.
I always recommend them to people when they ask who I think they should use for their vet.

Dr Campbell was very compassionate with my 15 year old, grumpy husky mix. She went over options for her care, and followed up as she said she would. While wait time was a bit long, Dr. Campbell explained that there was an emergency, and they do not delay dealing with emergencies. The front desk staff is always helpful.

We've been bringing all our furry babies here since getting each of them. This morning, after 24 hours fighting allergies with no relief, All Creatures squeezed us in immediately. We were given different options on what to do to evaluate, and again to treat. Doc's are always thorough, helpful, and so sweet. Never a negative experience! Thank you, everyone!!

My husband and I have been taking our animals, dogs & cats, to All Creatures since we moved to the Valley back in 1991. They have always treated us and our pets with kindness and care as if they were their own pets. The vet may not be my pets favorite place to visit, who does like to visit the doctor, but they are always treated well and lovingly cared for.

I absolutely loved All Creatures and felt very comfortable taking my pets there. Dr. Campbell and Dr. Masteller were so great with my dogs. The front desk staff is very, very friendly and welcoming. The clinic has a lot of stuff for sale in the main lobby, too.
I get my dog's skin allergy dog food here and it's reasonably priced compared to other locations.
I love that All Creatures has a vaccine clinic twice a year. Cheap vaccines for your pets without having to pay an office visit fee? Sign me up! I went once in the fall and the line wasn't so bad. I don't remember the day of week I went. I went to the following spring clinic right after work on a Friday and the line was all the way to the end of the parking lot! Frankly I don't know when the best time to go would be but it's such a great deal and worth waiting in line.
I recommend All Creatures for anyone looking for a great clinic for their dogs!

I seriously have to give a big thanks to this vet. I was having kinda a hard day struggling with a sickness had to bring my toddler with me and my GSD puppy (who is normally very well behaved at home but got very excited and down right crazy as soon as he entires the vet office guess I need to work on more socializing) anyways my son and puppy were a handful to say the least but all the staff were so overwhelmingly kind and caring and just nice people! My puppy scratched my boy a very sweet staff member took the time to doctor him up right :) for that I am so thankful. I seriously felt like they cared about me my pet and my family. Plus I don't think it was outrageously priced so that's good. I know where I will take my business :)
