They are amazing! Dr. Nelson and her staff are hands down the most caring animal lovers. My 6yr old lab came to them with the weirdest of symptoms and issues and they took their time and care with her and after 6 months of treatment I have my fun loving lab back! We had a terrible experience today trying to get allergy meds. My mom did take her dog to dr Christine Nelson on lone mt. We tried everything they told us and our dog was scratching himself raw. We were losing sleep and the poor dog was suffering. We heard of a new pill but a lot of vet offices don't have it in stock. We found it at Walmart. When we called to get s script we were warned by dr nelsons staff that Walmart is getting their supply on the 'black market'. Walmart refuted that fact And basically laughed at the statement. So Walmart had to order the pills and we went to get the script and low and behold dr Nelson had some. Only cost $18 for four 3.6 mg. pills. Walmart charges a buck a pill. When dr Nelson was questioned about the Walmart statement  she FIRED us as patients. Nice! Read Less

I have seen Dr Harding in the past but now Dr Nelson is our baby girls vet. We won't trust anyone else to take care of her. She also was so compassionate, caring, and loving when we had to put our beloved Riley to rest. We then had an emergency due to an incident at a groomer. Dr Nelson and her office went above and beyond to take care of Bella. We are so thankful for Dr Nelson. Had she not been so thorough and knowledgeable Bella could have lost her sight. Dr. Harding and His staff have been part of our family for many years. Helping us with the normal visits and the emergency visits, with four dogs it becomes quite daunting to stay up with all of the little health care issues as well as an occasional emergency. I visited Dr. Harding for the first time recently. He was highly recommended by Kip at Black Mountain Nursery here in Cave Creek, great people. My Roxie was in pain. She had an eye condition that was treated unsuccessfully by another local Veterinarian. She was in pain for an additional week as I followed the other Vet's treatment recommendations. I couldn't stand it any longer...neither could Roxie and I decided to visit Arizona Skies. Dr Harding found the problem...a cactus thorn under the third eye lid. He and his staff were amazing. They extracted the thorn with such care and skill that it did not require sedation. They spent more time with me in one visit than my previous Vet did in five. Roxie was calm in their hands. She was back to her old self within hours. I was searching for a good practice...I no longer have to settle for second best. I have been with Animal Skies Animal Hospital for at least 17+ years, Dr. Harding is so understanding and takes such care with my animal companions and the staff at Animal Skies is the best. I never have problems getting an appointment with my cat or dog, they always make an appointment available to suit my schedule. I never feel pressured or feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need. They knew about ferrets, thank God. My baby girl was getting weird, patchy fur and we were worried about her but found out that ferrets in the US have adrenal issues and some other problems from a small breeding pool and got a shot and some cream to sort her out. She's looking much sleeker now. It was quick and easy to get an appointment and the office was nice and the people knew their stuff (and their ferrets!) so we will be going there again. Read Less

Overpriced and short on compassion. The doctror didn't seem interested in hearing my dog's background and made no efforts to read the historical records from my previous vet. He was rough handling my dog and seemed uncaring. He also charged me an excessive amount compared to other who peformed the same service for me. I will not go back. Read Less
