The staff is wonderful, especially Dr Sarah! She was no nice & gentle with my poor sick kitty. Unfortunately, there was not anything they could do because the tumor had spread too far & he was 11 years old. When the day came when we had to have him put down, the staff put us in a room immediately. Dr Sarah was so compassionate & sweet. I was offered to have a paw print done before he was cremated... I highly recommend this if you have to make this difficult decision. The paw penny come in a very nice leather, book like case with room for a picture. Read Less

Decent and clean place but the treatment to me by one of the doctor was rude. Just the way things were presented to me were in a very condescending tone. On the other hand my dog was treated fine and the front staff were helpful but I wish I was treated with more respect or decency. Just because you're a young doctor doesn't mean your better than anyone else. I may be overreacting since the service was good but its just one of my pet peeves when people act like there of a higher status than others. Older/Mediocre facility but the Personal service was lacking.. I had the younger Dr and I felt like she was rude and disrespectful. The prices were on the higher side but I guess that's what you get when going to a professional .. Dr Sarah is extremely kind and caring. They don't overcharge for tests and services. We recently had to make a very unfortunate choice in regards to our cats health. The staff was very kind and understanding. We were extremely emotional and were treated with great kindness. They were gentle with our beloved pet and I get the sense after going to this vet for a couple years that the staff genuinely cares for the animals they take care of. Tests can get expensive in general, they discussed multiple options with us trying to help. I didn't feel like they were out to get every cent from us like I've seen at some other places. After dealing with a really awful situation, I'm very grateful to have been working with this vet. I would be hard pressed to go to another clinic for my pets care. Read Less

I took my dog, Churro, to Arizona Avenue Animal Clinic last week for the first time and was so glad I did. He wasn't feeling well and I was extremely worried. Being a Saturday, most clinics were closed or had no openings. The staff here managed to squeeze my little guy in even with their busy schedule. The staff was extremely gentle and friendly with him and Dr. Sarah was so kind and made sure I understood everything that was going on and what could possibly be wrong. The staff at Arizone Avenue are the absolute best. I wanted to help out a stray cat and made at least 50 phone calls before I luckily got in touch with them. Other clinics seemed to be more about how much money I would be spending plus they didn't use courtesy in speaking to me. From the very start Arizona Avenue vet clinic's staff was very nice, kind & showed they cared about the little kitty. We have been going to Arizona Avenue vet clinic for over five years now. All the staff are awesome. My oldest dog has been diagnosed with a tumor & Dr. Sarah calls from time to time to check up on her. Then yesterday my other dog had two seizure, we called them with no hesitation bring him right in. Walked in they immediately took him from me at the door to make sure he was stable and took care of us both and we even got a hug before we left. Thanks so much Dr. Christina . This hospital to put a lot Madison maximal possible I wonder will over doses. We argue and she just scriming yelling and hung up the phone I try to talk with my doctor. She not allowe me to talk to my doctor about nexgard flea and tick 1 day before I put her aboard she put again on out her neck flea and tick 2 . Dr Christina was referred to me by a good friend about 6 years ago. I have two English Bulldogs (brother and sister) and Dr Christina has been a complete blessing. I knew I was going to love her when on my first appointment she got down on the floor and was loving on my babies. She genuinely cares about your pets and is patient and kind and will take time explaining things to you. My pups LOVE going there, as we also use them for boarding. The front staff is great too! Vet and staff were highly knowledgeable, friendly and very loving with my two animals today. Sarah gladly spent time answering all of my questions and explained them in terms anyone could understand. My animals loved her as she handled them with a great deal of care. You can really tell that they are in this field for their love of animals and not the money. The pricing was fantastic as well. I had checked their facility before boarding my dog. The environment is stinky and dirty. They don't let your dog go outdoor to have some play time. The only area that they can do exercise is a little area(about 3 square feet) and is also where they poo and pee(very clean uh???) They don't allow your dog to have their own toy in their cage. If you provide your own vitamins and had they to feed your dog daily, they charge you extra money. It is unbelievable bad service. It's just like to put your dog in jail in a stinky and dirty environment. I was glad that I checked before I boarding my dog. If you love your dog, they don't deserved to be there.
