My pets have been taking me to Oasis for around 20 years now. Oasis has moved and grown and some of the people have changed but no matter what changes, what doesn't change is their caring. There are many long term employees and it's like old friends. The new employees act like old friends. They really like animals and the animals respond. I've had some real stubborn and frightened animals and they have handled them with kindness and security. They always get the job done and everyone comes out feeling better. Had a great experience here. My 2 year old German shepherd has Been having some severe skin issues and the vet who saw her did a very thorough inspection of her fur, problem areas, etc to see what was going on. I had been going here for years and the service was good. After my 2 dogs got in a fight and needed treatment they said they were 2.5 weeks out and I should go somewhere else. Very displeased with the level of loyalty they showed when I needed them to take care of my dogs. Went to Chandler Gilbert animal hospital and they were exceptional. My cat had a black growth on his nipple, went in to have it checked at Oasis since they were close to us. The female doc hardly looked at it and recommended surgery which would cost $800.00+ dollars. Went and had a 2nd look at another vet, the doctor squeezed the growth, and a wax substance came out. Was not a big concern and did NOT need surgery to remove. Ended up being a common waxy substance that forms in nipples of cats. He saved me $800 that Oasis tried to screw me on. Will never go back to Oasis, be careful, this place is out to get your $$$$$$ Read Less

The doctors and staff are wonderful. Taking our dog to the vet was always a dreaded task, we dreaded the expense and judgment if we are not able to afford a specific treatment plan. Oasis has been amazing, from our experience they have been attentive and nurturing, non judgmental, trustworthy and affordable. You all are truly amazing! When I made your staff aware that I have a "wide load" dog coming in they were kind enough to open the door for me to help me get her out of the car. Your entire staff greeted "Smokey" my dog, like they had known her all of her life. Dr. Salemi has the best bedside manner's. He actually sat on the floor with me and Smokey while going over all of her blood work results which came back within 20 minutes how impressive! She has now had four shots of her insulin for her diagnosis of diabetes. She is doing amazing! She is seven years old but she is as playful as a two-year-old puppy again she sleeps through the night and is awake through the day, her water intake has decreased dramatically! I have used Oasis Animal Clinic since I moved here in 2002. I cannot say enough about the care and compassion I and my four-legged children have experienced. The entire staff is always cheerful, friendly and courteous whether interaction is in person or on a phone call. You truly feel you are part of their family and are treated as such! Dr. Tenney is our primary care vet but we have also seen other vets and have received the same type of treatment. They take the time to explain what is going on with your loved one, what the lab tests show and what they mean and then recommend what they feel is the best treatment for whatever the diagnosed problem may be. I am a senior and my little Roxie needs medication. Oasis has been so kind to help me out with some of her pills that she needs for her heart condition. I was recommended to Oasis Animal Hospital by Melinda.  My dog Max needs a growth removed from his leg and I got a quote from my vet and decided to call Melinda and see what they could do.  She was super sweet and instead of making me come in, allowed me to send the quote and the images.  Dr. Tenney got back to me right away and offered to do the procedure for less than my vet with some additional medical safe guards.  He even was going to do it in 2 days.  I wasn't able to schedule it for then but will be having it done in the near future as it is not emergent.   In the interim, I got a puppy for Christmas that had an intestinal issue for a few days.  I wasn't able to see Dr. Tenney but was seen by Jackie the Tech and Dr. Boyce. I will have to say I was very impressed with the both of them and walked away feeling fully informed and comfortable and at ease that Grace was going to be just fine.  Jackie answered any additional questions I had come up with after seeing Dr. Boyce and will be calling me to check in on Grace to ensure the meds are working.  Dr. Boyce even postponed the immunizations to get her 100% healthy before starting her on her immunization course.I was so happy with the service we received, so much more so than where we normally take our pets where I always felt they didn't really have an answer and just took a stab in the dark to try this or that and also up sell me on all the other services they could perform on my pets rather than concentrating on the issue at hand.  I will tell anyone I know to visit this clinic and I am so happy I ran into Melinda at my nail appointment!! Two weeks ago, our 14 1/2yr old Border Collie was brought in to be euthanized as she could no longer stand and was in agony. The entire staff was kind, sympathetic, and professional in their dealings with us and our dog. They made the entire process as painless as possible for our pet and us. I cannot tell you how relieved I am to find somebody/Place that is truly about the animal and not about the oh mighty dollar. Yes it still cost but they're not gonna try and upsell you all these ridiculous things.These people are professional and some of the most compassionate vets / vet techs etc  I have ever seen...Even though I did lose my dog I feel they did everything possible to save her there was nothing anybody could do. I have been bringing my pets here for six or seven years now, but I think I have decided to move on.  Every time I call, and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME, I am put on hold and have to wait 10-20 minutes to be helped.  This has gotten inconvenient and I won't accept this disappointing level of service anymore.  My pets have always gotten good care here (a bit on the pricey side, but good) and I have no complaints.  I have a job and cannot spend 20 minutes on hold each time I call for a pet need.  Peace out.Edit 2/27/2017: I spoke with Dr. Boyce about my concern. I have since called three or four times and was not put on hold once. Everyone here was wonderful. The staff was friendly as can be. The veterinarian was so caring and genuine with myself and my pup. He told me to reach out to him if I had any concerns or even if everything was going just fine. The staff took a photo of my dog when we arrived and weeks later in the mail, I received a thank you card with a print out photo they'd taken during our visit! About a year ago I adopted a very sick kitty and had been going to another vet for treatment, but we weren't getting anywhere. So I decided maybe a switch in Dr's was in order. After reading reviews and talking to a couple of neighbors, I decided to give Oasis a try. It was a good decision. They treated my little furkid with a lot of kindness, even when she was being VERY difficult, and the vet was able to present some testing and treatment options that the other place never even mentioned. They gave us time to discuss options after giving us an itemized cost list, didn't pressure us into anything at all, the final bill was affordable and the all staff members were great. This is our second visit to Oasis Animal Hospital and we were not disappointed. Each appointment was kept within a 5 minute period. The office staff is very attentive to each owner's pet and our dog was weighed within several minutes of arriving. The vets are extremely patient and the appointment is never rushed and additional services are not pushed as with some clinics. The docs are up to speed on area conditions such as heart worm and mosquito infestations. They always ask if you understand the treatment and have any questions. What more could you ask for?
