I usually use Banfield Pet Hospital because I have their pet insurance, but no one else in with a 20 mile radius could take my dog same day. Palisades vet accommodated me by letting me drop off my boy and come back an hour later for him since I couldn't leave work. So grateful and relieved they were able to take him and get him the help he needed. Dr. Johnson is very kind and knowledgeable and took the time to assure me and answer all my questions. You can tell that they all care about the animals here and it's not all about the money like so many other vets. I highly recommend bringing your fur baby here to receive top-notch care. Five Stars!

I usually use Banfield Pet Hospital because I have their pet insurance, but no one else in with a 20 mile radius could take my dog same day. Palisades vet accommodated me by letting me drop off my boy and come back an hour later for him since I couldn't leave work. So grateful and relieved they were able to take him and get him the help he needed. Dr. Johnson is very kind and knowledgeable and took the time to assure me and answer all my questions. You can tell that they all care about the animals here and it's not all about the money like so many other vets. I highly recommend bringing your fur baby here to receive top-notch care. Five Stars!

They held it for ransom unless we did another exam, which is cost...
I have been bringing our pets here for a while, but when I went to order flea & tic protection like normal, and Heart worm protection,
They held it for ransom unless we did another exam, which is costly including 6 months of protection medication. Time to find a better vet. Very disappointed!

I have been bringing my pups here for many years. Dr. Johnson is awesome. She is easy going, thorough and does not over -test or treat. She spent a lot of time consulting with my other vet out of state when my dog got Valley Fever. Vicki in the front office is great and always makes my pup feel at ease. Rates are very reasonable - I pay triple for the same treatment out of state! I am very happy with the care we get here.

When we moved here from Illinois we were anxious to find a good that that could help us with our cocker spaniel and his allergies. We were lucky enough to find Dr. Hessian. She has been wonderful in helping him. We now board him there. He loves to go there and when we go out of town we can be sure he is taken care of and will be safe when we return home.

We have been customers / patients with this facility for over 15 years. We would
not even consider taking our "kids" anywhere else. All 3 veterinarians are excellent
and compassionate. The technicians are extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Knowing our relationship with all of the veterinarians there, I don't quite understand how
the less than pleased reviews could even appear in regards to this clinic but, I imagine there
are some people who are just not satisfied no matter what you do.
Every procedure is explained in full detail, you are provided with all available options
and most importantly, we have been treated as though we were members of the family
instead of just clients.
We highly recommend this animal care facility to everyone that we know.

They saved Alfie from internal bleeding and got him in remission from lymphoma. I'm truly grateful for them every day!!! I highly recomend Dr Hessian and the ladies at Palisades to everyone!

Palisades Veterinary Hospital is amazing! Dr. Deah Hessian and her staff went above and beyond for me. My 3 year old bullmastiff Piggy had to have a leg amputation (bone cancer). Not only did Dr. Hessian come in on her day off to do the surgery, but she went out of her way to continue the care for my Piggy. Piggy is doing amazing and she wouldn't have been able to be where she is not, without this great office.

Very impersonal, oftentimes bordering on rude. Lots of tests ordered, not always confident that they were necessary. Prices very high, with an almost feverish obsession to receive payment before leaving the building -- never an option to be billed for services. Surgery recommended as the only option, non-surgical options rarely, if ever, recommended. Left the practice several years ago and went to Hillside Animal Hospital in Scottsdale and have never looked back. With all the friendly and professional vet clinics available in Fountain Hills and Scottsdale, there is no good reason to patronize this practice.

I have been bringing my pups here for many years. Dr. Johnson is awesome. She is easy going, thorough and does not over -test or treat. She spent a lot of time consulting with my other vet out of state when my dog got Valley Fever. Vicki in the front office is great and always makes my pup feel at ease. When we moved here from Illinois we were anxious to find a good that that could help us with our cocker spaniel and his allergies. We were lucky enough to find Dr. Hessian. She has been wonderful in helping him. We now board him there. He loves to go there and when we go out of town we can be sure he is taken care of and will be safe when we return home.

Prices very high, with an almost feverish obsession to receive payment before leaving the building -- never an option to be billed for services.
