We had about an hour wait on a Saturday afternoon. They helped by clean ing a surgical wound that got infected on our dog and then put on a honey dressing and wrapped the tail very well and the dog was not able to take it off. Also put her on antibiotics and gave her an anti-anxiety med to calm her down per my request as she had already previously pulled out all the sutures and then some staples placed by our vet. Very professional staff and vet. Made us feel so much better about things. Read Less

My 14 year old dog had a medical emergency that resulted in having to put her down. I was in shock and rushed. This was literally my child for the past 14 years. The euthanasia was done incorrectly and she was still breathing after they left the room. When I called back one week later to see if her remains were in, the front desk lady cut me off, "your pets name" and through me on hold. This was an emotional call for to have to make and they don't even have the decency to allow me to finish speaking. I completely understand this is an emergency vet and they have a lot going on but a little bit of compassion goes a long way to a grieving pet owner. I am sadden that my pup's last moments were spent in the presence of people that do not have a passion for their life and medical care and only care about moving on to the next bill to collect. I will certainly drive further in the future if I ever have a need for an emergency veterinarian. Read Less

They did X-Rays and did an initial read and said I would get a call after they were professionally read but that never happened. Our dog had been diagnosed with cancer and received treatment through the specialty center in the same parking lot as the emergency clinic. When it he went into remission and it was his time to pass, we took him in to the Arizona Veterinary Emergency Center with plans of proceeding with euthanasia at 1 AM in the morning. While transporting him to the back and inserting an IV line, he passed away. We were still completing paperwork at the front desk and they rushed us back to be with him as he took his last breaths. Not only were they incredibly understanding, but they let us take our second dog back with us as we had read that this makes it easier for the remaining dog to realize what is happening. You hear horror stories about being overcharged at places like this all the time. Not only did they only charge us for cremation, but they waived any sort of office visit and did not charge us for the ultrasound they performed to confirm that his heart had stopped. Having a pet pass is awful enough, but being spared these extra expenses was greatly appreciated. Read Less

These guys went above and beyond! I've used other 24 hour emergency vets before. They were great too, but Blue Pearl sets the bar far above being an ordinary 24 emergency vet. It's the little extra things that make them extraordinary. When I adopted a couple of ferrets recently, I didn't realize they were considered "exotic" pets. I didn't realize finding veterinary care would be so difficult, especially at 2 AM. One of them came home sick. Though we did find a non-e...mergency vet to treat her a couple of days ago, she took a turn for the worse early this morning. I called the 24 hr emergency vet I've used in the past, but they would not see ferrets. After calling numerous other emergency vets across the valley with the same response, Blue Pearl cautiously came to the rescue. They said they would see her but they did not have a vet who specializes in exotics on hand. They would only be able to provide first aid. We were certain we would lose her before our vet office opened in the morning. They offered hope. Even first aid was better than nothing. The drive from Peoria was well worth it. They met us at the door as soon as we arrived and took her straight back to be seen by the doctor. When Dr. W came to speak with us, it was obvious she had begun researching ferret Nancy's symptoms as soon as I had called. She gave us a few treatment options to stabilize Nancy until we could see our vet a few hours later. They were compassionate to our concerns for Nancy. They were sensitive to our concerns financially. Dr. W and the staff stabalized Nancy. We took her home and got her into our vet as soon as they opened. Not quite 12 hours later Nancy is eating, running, and playing again and on the road to recovery. I am so grateful Blue Pearl was the for us when it seemed no one else was. See More Read Less

We had a very bad experience with this supposed vet clinic. I would likely call them a used car business. We took our elderly dog in to them early in the morning on a Sunday and she was clearly on deaths door. Initially it seems were going well as they carried from the car to the vet in the back. After completion of the forms a clerk or tech came up to the counter and said your dog needs pain meds and IV hydration. I refused to speak with her and insisted speaking with the Vet. We went back and she basically stated many issues could be wrong and would need diagnostics and many procedures. My dear dog was bleeding out and you could tell because of the blood loss and her presentation. This vet did not give the risk and benefit of heroics . Rather made us to feel that we were just giving up. Mind you I will never let a dog suffer. She than said " so let me understand you would rather look at euthanasia? Then the ancillary staff came in and asked about being with her as she died and if we wanted to buy an earn that was extra charges and then they said we would receive a complimentary paw print. We chose the paw print and frankly we were tired and felt overwhelmed. We chose to come back for the paw print. We returned four days later and "oops" they lost our deceased pets paw prints. The tech said she could probably recover from the Euthanasia clinic. They will call us. It has now been 5 days later and we have never received a call. This place is just into making money and I believe they prey on people who are vulnerable and hurting. Drive to Phoenix if you need overnight or after hour help. Read Less

There's never a happy reason to have to take your pet to an emergency vet, but if you do have to then I can't recommend this place highly enough. They gave my cat immediate triage, I saw the doctor in less than 5 minutes and they asked me before performing any treatment. The doctor was open and honest about my pets condition, which was not good, and did not pressure me into invasive tests and surgery. We decided to let her go and this place did everything possible to ease how difficult that was. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and offered us an imprint of her feet as a keepsake. They even came and took my payment info early so that we didn't have to worry about it on the way out. They really put thought into how to treat people during a very hard time. Everyone here was kind and gave us amazing service, and I will definitely be back if something ever happens with my other pets. Read Less

I wish I could write this review under better circumstances, but I brought in my cat on a Saturday morning as he was suddenly in an immense amount of pain and couldn’t stand. I called the office before I left the house, so that they were able to prepare for his emergency. Unfortunately, there was absolutely nothing they could do to save him, and we had to put him to sleep. They were so prompt with his care, and very compassionate about the situation. Since he had displayed no previous signs of illness, and was bleeding internally, they offered to perform a necropsy for us at no charge so that we could have some answers. They gave us his paw prints; it was so sweet and will be something that I cherish the rest of my life. I would absolutely recommend them for emergency situations, and honestly hope I never have to use them again, but they will be my go to if I do. Thank you for trying to save my sweet Charlie Bird, and helping us to make the best decision for him. Read Less

I was really hoping to be happy with this ER, but we waited 2.75 hrs to see a doctor. After 1.5 hrs, they said there were 2 charts ahead of us. At 2.5 hours they again said there were two charts ahead of us. I understand there are emergencies worse than my dog's, but I have NEVER waited 2.75 hrs for an ER doctor. When we finally were seen, the dr apologized and said since there was construction, they only had two exam rooms. When we first arrived, they took a urine sample from her outside since she was peeing blood. The vet said to us, "since there was a change of staff just now, I hope they still have the urine sample, and didn't dispose of it".......at that point, she said since my dog wasn't exhibiting any pain or other symptoms, we should be ok taking her to regular vet in the morning, so we left. They were going to charge us the $98 office fee, but changed their minds and didn't charge us anything. Really bad experience, I went to the one in Scottsdale one time, and they were very good. On my way home from work my boyfriend called to let me know our 4 month old lab was having trouble standing up and walking. Layla kept falling over and couldn't seem to control her body. Within 40 minutes we were at Blue Pearl, already checked in and now speaking to a vet. We were given lots of options and the vet recommended she spent the night there for observation and to make sure she had quick access to care. Having been here before with another pet, I didn't even hesitate. I knew my fur baby would be in good hands. The staff was amazing! They continuously told us not to hesitate to call if we wanted to check on her and even offered to let us come see her at any time! About two hours after leaving, I got a call just updating me on Layla's condition. The next morning I got a call again updating me on Layla's condition. I got to come pick her up, she was back to being her crazy self. The discharge was very quick and I was even refunded a large amount back for supplies that weren't needed. This office cares only about your money!! My sister and I took our cat, Lucille, there after she got bit by a rattlesnake. We were late in getting her to a vet, she had been bit about 36 hours prior to us getting her there. Dr. Brittany N. Lucchetti, DVM, examined Lucy. She told us that Lucy needed antivenin and observational care, but that "she was on track to a 100% recovery" - those were her exact words. She told me and my sister this in a way that was overly optimistic, and she gave us actual hope that Lucy would be able to pull through. What she should have told us is that it is extremely rare for animals who have been bitten by a snake to survive when they are not given immediate medical attention. What she should have told us is that it would be extremely painful for Lucy. What she should have told us is that Lucy was not doing well. Instead, she painted this pretty picture that everything would be fine and Lucy would make a "100% recovery". $3,600 later, I took Lucy home to keep her comfortable and love on her for her last couple days with us. I put her down 5 days after Dr. Lucchetti told me she would make a 100% recovery. My poor baby went through so much pain and suffering during that time, but all this clinic cared about was getting as much money as they could out of us so they kept telling us she was "recovering and doing well." Dr. Lucchetti should've been real with us and told us what her chances were at the beginning, instead of feeding us false hope of a "100% recovery." I could've saved my cat 4 days of suffering. I had come home from work and my dog could barely walk, was drooling profusely and appeared to be declining by the minute. When I finally say I am leaving they tell me all staff is working on a c-section and it would be another hour (this would have been great to tell me when I arrived). While my dog is literally dying in the waiting room. I then carried my 80lb dog to the car and to an emergency vet that actually helped us. My dog ultimately had to be euthanized but he didn't need to suffer an extra hour in their waiting room. Perhaps they should triage properly and not start a c-section until they have called in another vet or techs to deal with emergencies. You know, at the emergency vet. This place used to be really good before it was Blue Pearl but their communication was terrible the other night. I take another dog of mine to one of their eye care specialists and will be finding a new vet for that immediately. Read Less

I'm extremely frustrated with this place! I found a kitten that had it's eyes completely infected and also had a respiratory infection. After calling around all morning, BluePearl told that they would take him and care for him. I had a very busy day ahead, but I planned it into my schedule to drop the kitten off and then run errands that I had nearby. After driving all the way down to BluePearl, though, they turned the kitten away. I couldn't leave the kitten in my car while I was running errands, so I had to drive all the way back to North Mesa and figure out what to do, all this while I had a large number of people coming to my house only two hours later. I've never used their veterinary services, but if this place treats a sick kitten this way and has no qualms about screwing a potential customer over like that, then I can't recommend anyone try out their vet services. It was overall a very good experience during a very scary time.  I brought in my dog in the evening after she ate 120 pieces of gum.  The team at Bluepearl very were open and quick.  They immediately took her to the back and made her vomit which got rid of most of it.  The front staff were very friendly and they were dealing with a full house of pets.  I was very impressed with what I saw.  After I filled out paperwork and waited about an hour I was able to meet with the Vet who suggested I keep my dog overnight and gave me a list of treatment.  While it was expensive it was also understood since this was an emergency.  I was able to visit my dog and then leave as we set a pick up time for the next morning. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because of my phone call the next morning to them.  I spent one of my first nights ever without my dog and I was super concerned when I woke up.  I called BluePearl just to get an update before my scheduled time to pick her up to make sure she did good over night.  The person who answered the phone was not compassionate at all.  She kept repeating that i have a scheduled visit at 11:30 AM.  I told her I actually have a pick up time at 11:30 am but either way I just wanted to know how my dog did and if she's okay.  She then told me there was a change of shifts so she couldn't give me an update.  All I wanted was to know my dog was breathing at this point and I was left in the dark.  Trying one more time to get his information from her she once again repeated that I have a visit scheduled at 11:30.  At that point I hung up and was then overly concerned until I picked up my dog.  When I got my dog everything was good to go and everyone was courteous again.  Maybe the person who answered the phone was in a bad mood or maybe she was overly busy.  Either way I took away just one star because of her.  Otherwise this place was fantastic in a really tough situation. If possible, I would leave a negative star rating! I brought my cat in because he had been throwing up and just didn't seem to be feeling like himself. I was referred here by my regular vet's office and they are going to get a tongue lashing for that one. By all appearance, it looks to be quite professional yet stick around and you will see the dark seedy underside of this place. After spending more than 9 hours in the waiting room over a period of 2 days, you see quite a bit. After the tests, medication, surgery and aftercare, I spent approximately $7,000, which I neatly counted out in $100 bills on the counter. At that point, they couldn't do enough for me. Although make sure to get a receipt, because after handing over the $4300 for surgery, they conveniently forgot to include that. Fast forward to 2 days later..... My cat still isn't eating and they wanted to keep him an additional day. I had paid through the first nights stay, but he had been there already almost another 2. He was not eating on his own and that's why they wanted to keep him. I had spoken with the Veterinarian on duty, Dr. Veale, and explained to her that he only eats dry kibble, not the moist food being offered to him. Later that night, I get a call from the receptionist, who rather rudely explained to me that even after applying the $700 credit from the surgeon, I was going to owe them an additional $981 for his nights stay. I needed to pay immediately by credit card. I will say at the least, I was offended! Why in the hell would I give you 7 GRAND CASH, and then skip out on $900? Are you kidding me? I opted to pick up my cat, which turned out to be the best thing for him. He was eating away within 10 minutes of getting home. That receptionist who felt the need to treat me like I was a beggar, is damn lucky that I had a firm control of myself, because she would have needed a nose job to fix the aftermath of my displeasure!!!! There are way more compassionate emergency vet services available in the East Valley, not to mention more affordable. These people, use the same strong arm tactics that got the Mob in trouble. Because the customers are very emotional, they are more susceptible to being beaten into submission. Poor customer service, overinflated prices and low quality staff is about the extent of what you will find here! Read Less

Poor customer service, overinflated prices and low quality staff is about the extent of what you will find here! Read Less

We had to bring our 15 month old Golden Retriever in this past Friday night after he suffered a violent seizure out of no where.  The staff was amazing, they came out to our car right away to take him, and were very comforting during our entire stay.  Our baby had to stay the night so they could watch him, run tests, and if another seizure happened they could administer the necessary drugs to help him. When we went to pick him up on Saturday, the Dr. was very informative, went over everything they did for him and showed us his xrays in detail.  Everything is pointing to Valley Fever, but we won't have the results from that test for a few days.  We are treating him like it is Valley Fever right now while we wait as everything is pointing to that being what is going on.They refunded a chunk of the money that was originally charged as he didn't have any more seizures, so that was really nice to experience, some honesty and professionalism.  I just wish they weren't so far away from where we live but we will definately go back if we are ever in the need of after normal business hours emergency care.  I highly recommend them, and want to thank them again and Ranger says thank you also. We had to make the painful decision to say goodbye to our Greyhound after he broke his leg and we learned he had osteosarcoma. It was absolutely heartbreaking and everything occurred in less than 24 hours. My husband and I were fortunate enough to have Dr. Travis Linney with us when we had to make the painful decision to end our dog's suffering. Dr. Linney has amazing bedside manner. He was compassionate, kind, and helped us feel more at peace with our difficult decision. We had never met Dr. Linney before, and given the extent of our dog's broken leg we were unable to take him to his usual veterinarian. He treated us and our Eddie as if he had known us for years. It was a heartbreaking day, but we are glad that Dr. Linney was there with us. Thank you, Dr. Linney. You have a gift and you've chosen the right profession. So nothing could be done except give her medications at that point. However, later that night, around 3am, I watched her take her last breaths and whimper a lot more than she ever has. Our poor baby, Ollie, recently ate a box of raisins and had to be under watch for 48 hours. Blue Pearl and their staff was amazing. There wasn't a vet or assistant that I didn't feel comfortable leaving Ollie with. I went to visit him more than a couple times while he was there and they always made sure we had a room and let me take him for walks. They were reasonably priced for an emergency pet hospital and the last day we transferred him to our vet just to cut costs a bit. They were absolutely fantastic. Thanks again, BluePearl & staff! I was able to sit down with his doctor shortly after he was seen to discuss options. She recommended hospitalization and said that he still had a chance of bouncing back. They not only stabilized him, but also communicated directly with his cardiologist to recommend an appropriate treatment plan for the day we got home, and the following days. Dr. Caldwell was a pleasure to work with - she definitely knows her stuff! She's a straight-shooter, but compassionate at the same time. I've been here twice.  Both times I felt my dogs received adequate care. The technician and vet were amazing.  I appreciate everything they did for my bubbas.  This place is exactly like a regular E.R. In the sense that if your dog's brains aren't hanging out, you're going to have a long wait.  I wasn't required to pay a padded vet bill and was told if my pup did require extra treatment, we would discuss and I would pay then.  I do understand why they collect money upfront...most people don't have pet insurance or plan for emergencies, it would be too easy for them to receive the care and then say "sorry, don't have it" and then leave.  I'm not saying I agree with it, since I had an awful experience at another clinic when my pet had to be euthanized but I do understand their reasoning.  Anyway, I would definitely return and I feel good knowing they're not too far away. We had a wonderful experience with Blue Pearl and I am so grateful for what they have done for us. My pitbull Rado came in last week with a severe rattlesnake bite. The staff at Blue Pearl raced out to my vehicle and quickly retrieved him. He was suffering badly. He was being transferred from their other facility in Phoenix. They promptly took him to the back in triage, assessed his damages, and promptly had me in a back room talking to the amazing Dr. Travis Linney. This man is wonderful with dogs and the owners/parents of the dogs. He is kind, warm, and genuinely cares about the animals (and the family of the dogs). He is extremely knowledgeable with veterinary medicine. I am very impressed with Dr. Linney. I actually grew to like him a lot. He was really nice to me and had a great personality. Another doctor I want to mention is Dr. Katherine Smith, she is a critical care specialist. She has been absolutely wonderful with Rado. She knew exactly what to do to save his life, from the amount of medications to treating his pneumonia. She was kind and gentle with him, smart and straightforward. She is an outstanding physician with a very good bedside manner. She's also beautiful and Rado loves the pretty ladies. The last two days of Rado's stay Dr. Dana Caldwell has been caring for him. She is also an amazing doctor, very smart, kind, and sensitive. She was wonderful with assessing the issues with Rado and being very careful about his medications. She was extremely knowledgeable and very sweet to Rado (and me). I cannot say enough about this team of professionals. I have never been treated better by an emergency facility. The front desk staff has been wonderful with me. They answered all my questions, they are kind and sensitive, knowing how scared I was that Rado wasn't going to make it, Kayla and the others (too many to name all of them) comforted me when I came in and talked to me about Rado, they got the staff on the phone promptly every time I called wanting an update, and when I came to visit they got me back to Rado immediately. When Rado peed all over the lobby floor I felt so bad and they just laughed and said, "this happens all the time, don't worry about it". The nurses and techs caring for Rado 24-hours a day were amazing, they were smart and sweet, they took care of my baby like he was their own. I will never forget the love and kindness shown by the staff at this hospital. I truly did not think Rado was going to pull through this, they saved his life. They knew exactly what to do in every situation presented to them. This was not a simple snake bite. Rado had some other issues, he has Cushing's Disease, he has a thyroid issue, he has arthritis, and he's 12 on top of all of this. He is alive today because of the experts at Blue Pearl. Thank you so much to all the staff for everything you have done for the past seven days. Rado and I will never forget you.Read Less

I am going to say this company is a money making operation and not a solutions based company.  It is extremely sad that they play on your emotions and you can tell they are only driven by money.  We had taken our dog in for some tests, the charges for keeping one dog overnight with some testing was 2k.  We decided to take our dog home and try to keep him comfortable and thought we could bring him back the next day for testing.  I inquired about bringing him back and the girl at the front desk literally said we needed to take our dog someplace else for the testing.  Not even any kind of solution or caring attitude.  If you are looking for compassion this is not the place.  If you are looking for a solution this isn't that either.  If you want to flush your money down the toilet and get zero results just drive to Las Vegas.   One day after this experience I took him to another organization who was so loving and caring.  The Vet even called us last evening to see how he was doing.  Completely different experience and thankful there are still a few people out there who understand people want loving care and not just ripped off. I came in today with my puppy that was bit by a rattlesnake. Unfortunately, the start to my visit there was less than ideal. As you can imagine I was in panic mode and very upset. The front desk staff was incredibly rude! I expected to be greeted with open arms and to be reassured and made more comfortable, unfortunately I was made to feel like a bad owner, and an inconvenience to the man and woman at the front. They then began to laugh and have an irrelevant conversation instead of being compassionate that I'm not in a good state of mind and do not want to listen to them talk and laugh. Then the man asked me for my drivers licence and debit card and as I was getting it out he began to text and then I let him know I was ready to pay and he snapped at me that he needed a minute, and continued to text. The only thing that saved my visit from being an awful experience was that the vet and techs were very nice and there was a different girl at the front when I left named Hailey and she was very nice! I previously have sent a lot of business here before and I am second guessing doing it in the future because of how I was treated this morning.Read Less

On a Satuday morning, we woke up to find our beloved dog suddenly walking in a circle and foaming at the mouth and then it proceeded to seizures. Since our family vet was closed we took our dog to this facility. In order to even work on him, they demanded $1800 upfront to run blood tests, a urinanalysis and it observe him overnight. In order to give our dog some chance, we had to take out credit for him to be seen. Even with 3 seizure meds they could not control the seizures and had no diagnosis. The next morning they wanted another $1000 to observe him until the end of the day and to run the same test. They did not want to use another seizure med due to possible complications, but had no other options to stop his seizures. After 7 seizures in 24 hours and no relief in sight, we were forced as a family to end his suffering. The vet's response to our heart-wrenching decision was to offer to send him home with the same unproven medication the vet recommended not using an hour before and send him for a brain scan "in a few days".We had to put our sweet dog to sleep, given there was no relief for him and no answers. This was the only treatment we agreed to on the 2nd day but continued to be charged for treatments we did not agree to.The focus appears to be on racking up more procedures and more charges in the face of continued suffering. We would have been relieved to at least know some answers but had to end his life without any for his sake. Even with the euthinasia, we were charged double what we were charged by our family vet 3 years prior when we lost another dog to cancer. The only time condolences were expressed was printed on the bill; not when we asked about his ashes or came for the urn.The urn had printed on it his name and "date of cremation", not the date he left us. Who commemorates cremation dates? Nor any expressions of condolescences when I expressed my concerns about his care to management. They did agree to refund a small percentage based on treatment we did not authorize.I spoke with our vet after the weekend who was certain based on her expeience, the dogs symptoms and behviors that our dog had a brain tumor and she had seen it before. If one exerienced vet, who we have known for 12 years, can recognize this, why the need for prolonged treatment and more tests? If we had any hint of a brain tumor, we would have saved him the suffering of his last day. At least our vet gave us some idea of what was wrong so we weren't left wondering what we could have done to save him,Finally, there is a basic coldness at this clinic in the face of animal suffering. Ultimately, you have to do what is best for the animal since they cannot choose for themselves, even if that means letting go. The way payment is demanded is so exorbitant that it limits reasonable choices for care.I have sought out othe recommendations for after-hours care from our vet as I will never return to this company. The anger over our beloved friend's so-called care only compounds our grief. Read Less

It wasn't an emergency per se but it wasn't something that should wait until Saturday either and I can't take off work to go to the vet this week. Not being a critical situation meant waiting almost 2 full hours to see the doctor. I didn't mind this. I can understand the priorities of an emergency room. Everyone that I worked with was very kind, sincere and thoughtful. As I was checking out, there was an emergency and the amazing vet tech who had been helping Sadie and I literally LEPT over the front desk and whisked a poor dog out of its crying owners arms as they came in the front door and ran to try to save its life! Unfortunately there were several walk ins after we arrived that were much more life threatening than what we were there for. My cat and I were both treated very respectfully and I'm sorry that I cannot remember the tech's name who helped us first but she was exceedingly professional and compassionate. We waited for three hours in the lobby and she checked on my cat twice to ensure his vitals were still okay. I watched the staff remain paitent with other people waiting in the lobby who were very rude and short tempered. Read Less

My dog Kasha was having trouble breathing last night and we took her in. They took her in immediately and we waited for about 15-20 mins and then we were told she was fine after 3 x rays (total of about $500) and we didn't have anything else done because of money issues. So nothing could be done except give her medications at that point. However, later that night, around 3am, I watched her take her last breaths and whimper a lot more than she ever has. She's been our family dog since 2006 and I absolutely will miss her. Service here is amazing, may be costly but sometimes worth it. Read Less

The staff at Blue Pearl was knowledgeable, kind and compassionate with me and my dog when we used their services. Henry was vomiting, lethargic and his heart was racing when I took him to Blue Pearl,  They got to him immediately, I had barely started the new patient paperwork when someone came out to check on him and they took him to the back to get him stabilized.  Staff members kept me informed on what was happening with Henry.  They even offered to call his veterinarian for me and they got him ready to leave so I could take him to his regular vet.  They helped me get him into the car and sent everything I needed with me.  While I hope to not have to use emergency veterinary services again, it's a comfort to know they are there when you need them and that they are a caring and compassionate group.  Thank you for being there for me and Henry when we needed you! I brought my dog in here in a terrifying state - he had heart failure and was unable to breathe or walk. The staff attended to him immediately. Jesse handled the intake & financials and she has a VERY calming & kind demeanor. She goes out her way to make you comfortable, and not rush any decisions that need to be made.

Read Less

I took my sick cat to Emergency Animal Clinic tonight. I was so impressed! I had just finished thanking her and telling her everyone had been so friendly. I would definitely come back if I had to again, but truthfully I hope I don't have to! Read Less

They explained from the beginning that they take the most critical patients first and we would be waiting.
