They were supposed to put meds in one of my dogs ears, but they put it in the other one. When I got him home, he was still scratching and IS STILL scratching at the same ear. But the OTHER ear was wet. I told them about this and they kept insisting they put it in the right ear. This is not the first time they have done stuff like this either. Find this veterinarian Clinic working with her husband as a domestic pet animal dentist . Was willing to charge me $1,600 for tooth  (one tooth) extraction from my dog.That was just the extraction of the tooth . Not cleaning, x-rays ,blood work , medicaltion needed after showing me pictures of a dog with infected teeth and what it could do to my dog I was almost scared into having it done there I thought that was very expensive but almost willing to pay for my baby girl.I called around other veterinarians and found Scottsdale veterinary clinic was so reasonable ,so nice ,didn't overcharge me didn't scare me into thinking that if it wasn't done right away there would be infection going to my dog's brain as in Prestige Animal Clinic did! so be aware of Prestige Animal Clinic on 700 West Ray Road Gilbert Arizona.Scottsdale veterinary clinic charged me a total of $3 19 for extraction of a tooth , cleaning, blood work ,CAT scan ,all medication for after the surgery and x-rays and pictures of the tooth extracted that were given to me in color and blown up so I could see how clean and where the tooth was extracted from. work very well with me on letting me know what to do how she would react to the anesthesia she was under great Clinic to take your dog or any pet. This review is for Dr. Alber.  He is always so kind and explains everything thoroughly as I have 2 Sr. dogs that have a few health issues.  The newest front desk staff is wonderful!  Had issues with them a few years back being not so friendly but now they are great!  Saw Dr. Sunderman once and it was not a pleasant experience as I rescued a cat who was left behind at one of the properties I managed.  I brought her in for an initial checkup and to see if she was spayed.  Dr. Sunderman said she was not, so I took her to a spay clinic who called me when she was already under anesthesia and they said he was already spayed.  I called Dr. Sunderman and her explanation was "Well, I couldn't tell for sure with all that hair"????   Weird.  Anyway.  Dr. Alber is WONDERFUL!!! Prestige was great! We've never really had a reason to go to the vet besides annual  shots and check ups, so we've always used the traveling veterinarians with pet club. However, our dog started to develop allergies over the past several months and has been itching his ears a lot, so we thought it best to get them checked out. Dr. Freeman was so nice and took the time to walk me through everything they were going to do to Blue as well as everything I would need to do to keep up on keeping his ears healthy. I thought that the prices were average but what really set this clinic apart from others is that she really took the time to talk to me and did not rush me out of the room. The Doctors are knowledgeable and kind, and take time to make sure you understand everything and to answer any questions. They don't rush you like other vets do. This is the best vet I've ever dealt with! Dr Alber repaired my 1yr old toy poodles back knees in lieu of a very expensive hip replacement and she is better than new! Every time I have a problem with one (or both) of my two cats, they are thorough, thoughtful with their plan of action, and they follow up when there's been an illness or injury. I took my cat to this vet for the first time last month.  My cat was very scared and Dr. Alber was great with him!  He was was attentive and did a thorough exam.  The vet tech was also great with my cat.  Dr. Alber even did an aspiration of a lump for free.  There was an issue with the lab results, but the office assistant and Dr. Alber were very apologetic and professional.  I will be bringing my cat back to this office. Normally, I receive excellent care from Prestige Animal Clinic when routine exams come up. When my dog just needs vaccinations or a routine check-up, everyone is very friendly and helpful. But today my dog had an emergency and I called several times throughout the day trying to get someone to help my dog as he is injured, and I realize that emergencies are last minute, but the vet on staff today didn't feel like taking my dog's emergency as a walk-in appointment when he most needs help because it was inconvenient for them. I'm a new dog mom, so when my 7 month old lab, Ruger, started having some issues, I freaked out.  My normal vet (Banfield Pet Hospital) couldn't get him in until late in the afternoon, even though my puppy's symptoms could have been live threatening.  I googled vets in the area, and found Prestige.  When I called, I was sobbing, being worried that my dog may have contracted Parvo, Terine was very sympathetic, and they got me in within 30 minutes.  Lynda was the vet tech that first saw my puppy, and she calmed my worst fears.  Dr. Tony came in and reassured me that my puppy was going to be just fine, and that I did the right thing by coming in right away.  He explained everything thoroughly and told me that I am welcome back with Ruger any time.
