I’ve been bringing my pets and families pets here for so many years. Since I moved back to Peoria I called them and made an appt for 3:40pm for my sick Great Dane lab. I can’t bring him inside because he’s coughing. Currently 4:37 and I still haven’t been brought back to a room. Me and my dog have had to stay in my vehicle the past hour so far. No one called me to say they were running behind prior to my appointment or anything. If it wasn’t for the importance of my dogs health I would’ve left by now. I’m so disappointed.

This is the best vet. I have a lab who gets super rambunctious around other animals. I called and expressed my concerns about disturbing other guests. They offered to have me check in from the car and they came and got me when it was time to come in. Did not encounter any other animals. They are super friendly and knowledgeable every time. We have 4 dogs and will only take them here. Highly recommend this vet office.

Dr. Stevens is wonderful, he is kind, knowledgeable and quick.
Now that my guys are seniors, l have to see them more than l would like and each time they make me feel comfortable and my dogs are not the best either.
Although the lobby is small, if you have dogs like mine... not friendly with dogs. You can wait in your car, they come out to get you and then you walk in avoiding all dogs and it’s stress free. Oliver is just crazy and loud, so to avoid the dirty looks from clients, it’s just nice to sit in the car while we wait.

I have been bringing my dog bailey here for several years and I’ve always had a great experience! The office is always super clean and you can tell that all of the staff really love and care about animals. I have seen several doctors here and they were all great with my dog. When he has had issues with his ears and leg they got him in without a problem and had him feeling better quickly! I’m very grateful to have a vet that I feel truly safe with.

I've been in healthcare (human) for over 25 years so I know what I'm looking for in providers & clinical facilities. My family has been using Sunburst for a very long time. I recently lost my 1st puppy but have peace knowing the providers did all they could for him. The staff & Drs were patient with the many questions I had & afforded me my last chance to see my little guy alive. I highly recommend them for their competent & compassionate care. I will be back when I choose to be a pet owner again - there is no one I trust more!

The vets and all staff at Sunburst are wonderful! Their prices are very reasonable and they truly care about our animals. They give us all the options and have never performed unnecessary procedures. Our dog does not get along with other dogs, and this office has a side door to minimize our dog's contact with other animals. I had to put my very old cat down and the staff was so kind and understanding. One of the hardest things I ever had to do. They sent me a very sweet hand written sympathy card. I can't recommend them enough to care for your fur babies. 🐈❤❤

Got this post from a friend. Unbelievable. Unethical. "So, my best friend took her dog to SunBurst Animal Hospital in Glendale, AZ for a routine teeth cleaning. She went to pick up her beloved baby and they pulled ALL of her teeth!!! Without even calling her to make sure it was ok. She had to sign a form of permission in case they needed to pull any but this seems completely horrifying and unethical. My friend is heartbroken, feels terrible and her poor baby is so sad and in a lot of pain. "

I've taken all of my pets to Sunburst since I moved to Phoenix 11 years ago. The staff is wonderful, and Dr. Stevens is just the best. They never push unnecessary tests, etc, and are always so caring and kind. I have lived all over the valley in those 11 years, and I still use them, even when it means a 45min drive to get there. They truly have the best interest of your pets in mind!

We love and recommend this place to everyone! All the Dr's are great! Have taken our shelties here for over 10 years. Took our sheltie here day after Thanksgiving. Our fur baby had a eye draining and could not open her eye. Dr Kincaid gave her antibiotic drops. Next day our sheltie couldn't open either eye and alot of drainage. We took her back and Dr Kincaid had researched the condition the night of our first visit. It's a chronic condition and she checked her eyes again. Gave us ointment plus drops. Love how the Dr's are thorough. Only charged us for the ointment.

This is a great vet office ! I have come to this office to see Dr. Stevens for the past 20 years for dogs that I have owned. I have also seen Dr. Porter the past year or so when Dr. Stevens was not available. She is very good also. This is a vet office with veterinarians that are very caring when it comes to pets. They do not push services or shots on your animals that they do not need. I like to do natural solutions for my dogs when I can (is not alwyas possible) and they are respectful of of those decsions. They are also a vet office that does not do surgery unless it is really necessary, something that is hard to find. Many places want to do what will make them money. I have moved far enough away from this vet office that I have to find another vet, which will be very hard. Just know that you will recieve loving care here for your animal at reasonable prices.

It certainly doesn't hurt that their hours are very generous - till 8 on weeknights and till 4 on Saturdays.

I remember my family using this location when I was younger and it was a positive experience every time. When my dog suddenly developed a growth, I decided to come here instead of the old vet I used (bad experience with the old vet). I'm happy with my decision all day long. They checked everything, gave me plenty of options to work with, and we went with the one that would best fit my big guy. Both times I came here, I felt comfortable, left without any unanswered questions, and most importantly my dog was properly taken care of. I will continue to come here for all my furbabies. Positive experience for all involved!

We (myself and my family)have been using Sunburst for many years. Our pets stay very healthy but when they need care it tends to be more of the urgent or emergent type unfortunately. Sunburst has never turned me away, even at 7 pm when all the staff are exhausted and want to go home. Dr. Stevens repaired my Shar Pei's (Eyeball) facial laceration staying after hours to do so. When Eyeball became suddenly severely ill, Dr. Porter saw him immediately, unfortunately he had a life threatening problem and we had be transferred to emergency hospital. She was kind, compassionate and honest about his condition. Last night was no exception, I've just rescued an 8 week old puppy and he became very lethargic with high fever in less than 24 hours of having him. He was not yet a patient at Sunburst, but they did not hesitate to schedule him in at last minute. He's doing quite well today! All of the vet techs are kind and knowledgeable. Can't say enough about this place! Thank you Sunburst!

Done with this practice and lack of care regarding Xena. Stephens is great and Reed seems to care but their support team lacks compassion and follow thru. Love the vets but not sacrificing our families health anymore. Please do not contact me, this is not the first time and things continue to get worse. You watch your loved pet have siezures be on 3 different meds and no one around to help when the meds aren't working.

My pup had kennel cough and they worked her in the day of we discovered it and got her the antibiotics she needed. They are also helping me get my pup ready for our move to OAHU I'm so thankful and grateful loft their staff knowing how to do all of this!

Cheapest deal in the area and excellent service. They didn't try to take extra money by getting unneeded X-rays. So disappointed. My precious cat was dying, I left 3 messages for the Dr to call me. I spent hundreds of dollars there and when I needed some confirmation of what I had to do(put my precious cat to sleep) I couldn't even get the Dr who took care of him to call back. So sad, no compassion. My precious cat has crossed over rainbow bridge over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a sympathy card from them.
My other cat was sick and the Dr refused to put her on thyroid medicine, cause she felt uncomfortable with the labs, though my cat was symptomatic. I (as a nurse) had to suggest doing a thyroid profile to verify her concerns and sure enough my cat has a hyperthyroid. I don't recommend this place, they took my money and that seemed to be all they wanted. When I asked for copies of the lab work it took almost 2 weeks before someone emailed them to me. I will never go back there. The Dr's names were Dr Aaman and Dr Stevens they had no compassion.

I have been taking my two Lhasa Apso to Dr. Stevens since 2004. He is kind, caring, answers your questions and gives you the best advice as if it were his own pet. He is a wonderful veterinarian. Most of the staff has been with him since I started going there. They are very nice, helpful and efficient, especially in a time of need as they go out of their way! The office is extremely clean! Yes, the parking is not the best but in the 12 1/2 years that I have been going there I have never had a problem getting into a parking spot! The office is about 20 minutes from where I live and worth every mile to go there!

I’ve been bringing my pets and families pets here for so many years. Since I moved back to Peoria I called them and made an appt for 3:40pm for my sick Great Dane lab. I can’t bring him inside because he’s coughing. Currently 4:37 and I still haven’t been brought back to a room. Me and my dog have had to stay in my vehicle the past hour so far. No one called me to say they were running behind prior to my appointment or anything. If it wasn’t for the importance of my dogs health I would’ve left by now. I’m so disappointed.

This is the best vet. I have a lab who gets super rambunctious around other animals. I called and expressed my concerns about disturbing other guests. They offered to have me check in from the car and they came and got me when it was time to come in. Did not encounter any other animals. They are super friendly and knowledgeable every time. We have 4 dogs and will only take them here. Highly recommend this vet office.

Dr. Stevens is wonderful, he is kind, knowledgeable and quick.
Now that my guys are seniors, l have to see them more than l would like and each time they make me feel comfortable and my dogs are not the best either.
Although the lobby is small, if you have dogs like mine... not friendly with dogs. You can wait in your car, they come out to get you and then you walk in avoiding all dogs and it’s stress free. Oliver is just crazy and loud, so to avoid the dirty looks from clients, it’s just nice to sit in the car while we wait.

I have been bringing my dog bailey here for several years and I’ve always had a great experience! The office is always super clean and you can tell that all of the staff really love and care about animals. I have seen several doctors here and they were all great with my dog. When he has had issues with his ears and leg they got him in without a problem and had him feeling better quickly! I’m very grateful to have a vet that I feel truly safe with.

I've been in healthcare (human) for over 25 years so I know what I'm looking for in providers & clinical facilities. My family has been using Sunburst for a very long time. I recently lost my 1st puppy but have peace knowing the providers did all they could for him. The staff & Drs were patient with the many questions I had & afforded me my last chance to see my little guy alive. I highly recommend them for their competent & compassionate care. I will be back when I choose to be a pet owner again - there is no one I trust more!

The vets and all staff at Sunburst are wonderful! Their prices are very reasonable and they truly care about our animals. They give us all the options and have never performed unnecessary procedures. Our dog does not get along with other dogs, and this office has a side door to minimize our dog's contact with other animals. I had to put my very old cat down and the staff was so kind and understanding. One of the hardest things I ever had to do. They sent me a very sweet hand written sympathy card. I can't recommend them enough to care for your fur babies. 🐈❤❤

Got this post from a friend. Unbelievable. Unethical. "So, my best friend took her dog to SunBurst Animal Hospital in Glendale, AZ for a routine teeth cleaning. She went to pick up her beloved baby and they pulled ALL of her teeth!!! Without even calling her to make sure it was ok. She had to sign a form of permission in case they needed to pull any but this seems completely horrifying and unethical. My friend is heartbroken, feels terrible and her poor baby is so sad and in a lot of pain. "

I've taken all of my pets to Sunburst since I moved to Phoenix 11 years ago. The staff is wonderful, and Dr. Stevens is just the best. They never push unnecessary tests, etc, and are always so caring and kind. I have lived all over the valley in those 11 years, and I still use them, even when it means a 45min drive to get there. They truly have the best interest of your pets in mind!

We love and recommend this place to everyone! All the Dr's are great! Have taken our shelties here for over 10 years. Took our sheltie here day after Thanksgiving. Our fur baby had a eye draining and could not open her eye. Dr Kincaid gave her antibiotic drops. Next day our sheltie couldn't open either eye and alot of drainage. We took her back and Dr Kincaid had researched the condition the night of our first visit. It's a chronic condition and she checked her eyes again. Gave us ointment plus drops. Love how the Dr's are thorough. Only charged us for the ointment.

One of the worst days in a pet owners life is that day you have to put one of your family members down. It happened to my family last Monday, I had made an appointment to bring Peanut in. The staff was very caring and thoughtful in our hard times. A few days later we got a card In the mail from the doctor that helped us. That is going above and beyond. This is a great vet office ! I have come to this office to see Dr. Stevens for the past 20 years for dogs that I have owned. I have also seen Dr. Porter the past year or so when Dr. Stevens was not available. She is very good also. This is a vet office with veterinarians that are very caring when it comes to pets. They do not push services or shots on your animals that they do not need. I like to do natural solutions for my dogs when I can (is not alwyas possible) and they are respectful of of those decsions. They are also a vet office that does not do surgery unless it is really necessary, something that is hard to find. Many places want to do what will make them money. I have moved far enough away from this vet office that I have to find another vet, which will be very hard. Just know that you will recieve loving care here for your animal at reasonable prices.

It certainly doesn't hurt that their hours are very generous - till 8 on weeknights and till 4 on Saturdays.

I remember my family using this location when I was younger and it was a positive experience every time. When my dog suddenly developed a growth, I decided to come here instead of the old vet I used (bad experience with the old vet). I'm happy with my decision all day long. They checked everything, gave me plenty of options to work with, and we went with the one that would best fit my big guy. Both times I came here, I felt comfortable, left without any unanswered questions, and most importantly my dog was properly taken care of. I will continue to come here for all my furbabies. Positive experience for all involved!

We (myself and my family)have been using Sunburst for many years. Our pets stay very healthy but when they need care it tends to be more of the urgent or emergent type unfortunately. Sunburst has never turned me away, even at 7 pm when all the staff are exhausted and want to go home. Dr. Stevens repaired my Shar Pei's (Eyeball) facial laceration staying after hours to do so. When Eyeball became suddenly severely ill, Dr. Porter saw him immediately, unfortunately he had a life threatening problem and we had be transferred to emergency hospital. She was kind, compassionate and honest about his condition. Last night was no exception, I've just rescued an 8 week old puppy and he became very lethargic with high fever in less than 24 hours of having him. He was not yet a patient at Sunburst, but they did not hesitate to schedule him in at last minute. He's doing quite well today! All of the vet techs are kind and knowledgeable. Can't say enough about this place! Thank you Sunburst!

When I had to put my dog down, everyone was attentive to the situation, and made a very difficult moment as easy as possible. Done with this practice and lack of care regarding Xena. Stephens is great and Reed seems to care but their support team lacks compassion and follow thru. Love the vets but not sacrificing our families health anymore. Please do not contact me, this is not the first time and things continue to get worse. You watch your loved pet have siezures be on 3 different meds and no one around to help when the meds aren't working.

My pup had kennel cough and they worked her in the day of we discovered it and got her the antibiotics she needed. They are also helping me get my pup ready for our move to OAHU I'm so thankful and grateful loft their staff knowing how to do all of this!

Cheapest deal in the area and excellent service. They didn't try to take extra money by getting unneeded X-rays. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Porter, her knowledge, care and compassion for the animals is THE BEST. The clinic is very busy but the staff is professional and they all work together as one team. Parking can be a challenge but once you get in the door you know your pet is in the right hands!

So disappointed. My precious cat was dying, I left 3 messages for the Dr to call me. I spent hundreds of dollars there and when I needed some confirmation of what I had to do(put my precious cat to sleep) I couldn't even get the Dr who took care of him to call back. So sad, no compassion. My precious cat has crossed over rainbow bridge over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a sympathy card from them.
My other cat was sick and the Dr refused to put her on thyroid medicine, cause she felt uncomfortable with the labs, though my cat was symptomatic. I (as a nurse) had to suggest doing a thyroid profile to verify her concerns and sure enough my cat has a hyperthyroid. I don't recommend this place, they took my money and that seemed to be all they wanted. When I asked for copies of the lab work it took almost 2 weeks before someone emailed them to me. I will never go back there. The Dr's names were Dr Aaman and Dr Stevens they had no compassion.

I have been taking my two Lhasa Apso to Dr. Stevens since 2004. He is kind, caring, answers your questions and gives you the best advice as if it were his own pet. He is a wonderful veterinarian. Most of the staff has been with him since I started going there. They are very nice, helpful and efficient, especially in a time of need as they go out of their way! The office is extremely clean! Yes, the parking is not the best but in the 12 1/2 years that I have been going there I have never had a problem getting into a parking spot! The office is about 20 minutes from where I live and worth every mile to go there!
