The best clinic around I have seen several vets over the years and no one could figure out what was going on with the lumps under moe Joe's tail he is 13 years old and I was scared about putting him under for surgery. They did a complet blood panel to make sure he was healthy enough to go under and removed the lumps nicely under the tail he hasn't been in pain since the surgery I am so impressed with the knowledge of this vet it was worth every penny and I will never go anywhere else thank u for taking care of him and following up like u did about the removal of his stitches u definatly care about the animal and your entire staff deserves a award hands down. I owe u my life for giving my baby more to his thank u again

the gentlemen that placed the review before presented the dog at 3 pm, I had the waiting room with 4 patients waiting to be seen , I explained the gentlemen that if he wants to have the dog seen he needs to wait about 1,5 hours before I could see him because the other patients had appointments scheduled.The Gentlemen (if I can call him this way) started to use profanity language saying that he was refused by 3 other animal hospitals prior - likely because his violent and erratic behavior.The man stated that he found the dog and we told him to take him to Emergency Clinic or Animal Control that is in charge with found dogs. Man started to get violent and threatened that he will "ruin our bussines with postings on Internet". I have no doubt that was his own dog because he refused to call animal control or to surrender the dog. I told him that the financial part is not an issue and I don't need his money, and that I cannot have a civilized conversation with a person with his behavior.He said he cannot wait because the boss will fire him if he is not at work in 15 minutes. I have a room full with customers that heard and witnessed the entire scene. The dog was in stable condition and I told him to wait if he wants to be seen until I see the already scheduled customers or go to Emergency Clinic if he wants to be seen right away. He left screaming profanity words again..

False Groupon Advertisement. I purchased a Groupon for Western Animal Hospital - $600.00 worth of Dental Care for only $300.00. The actual dental cleaning cash price is only 285.00 for cleaning and anesthesia, which my Groupon covered. However, there are additional fees that the Groupon does not cover, even though its all for dental care, an additional $95 for a catheter and fluids, which is required, and $155 for bloodwork (waived if you can fax over current bloodwork, which was able to do) and $35 for pain medication upon check-out (which I declined). Also, if my dog need to have any teeth pulled during the dental cleaning, there is an additional charge for that as well, per tooth (she didnt need any teeth pulled). I argued with the gal at the front desk that I would be paying $300 for a $285 procedure for the cleaning and anesthesia only and that this made no sense to me. The Groupon I purchased said up to $600 worth of Dental Care. Would I get a second cleaning for free then at a later date to total the $600 offered? No! At this point several people got involved and kept trying to tell me that I only paid $300, what did I expect? Yes, that is true I only paid $300, but they are advertising $300 for $600 worth of Dental Care. After a lot of back and forth, they agreed to give me a $15.00 credit towards the catheter price of $95. I was told that this was all that they could be done since the manager was off that day. This is a total scam if you purchase that Groupon. Only 1 has been sold, and it was me that got suckered.

AMAZING! Western Animal Hospital is the best place in the valley .The staff is professional, friendly, caring and accommodating. The hospital is very clean and upscale. The customer service and the provided services are outstanding.Dr. Petcu is one of the most professional veterinarians that i have ever met in my 25 years of pet parenting. I drive across the valley just to see him( i live in Anthem) .He really cares about his animal patients and it shows in every visits . He is very knowledgeable , compassionate, friendly and always takes the time to answer any question i have and explaining in detail any situation we are dealing with. They have the laser surgery . Dr. Petcu is one of the most courteous and pleasant Vets I have ever met. The prices are more than reasonable and also they try to accommodate everybody. I cannot recommend them enough. You can rest easy knowing your pets are in their care.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL - THEY HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE IN ME!

He saved our cats in many instances and all I have to say is that I greatly reccomend Dr Petcu and his facility for any responsable pet owner

Just wanted to say I love Dr. Petcu's and Dr. Lent's staff They are compassionate , caring way of taking care of my dogs.The staff is not only friendly and professional ,they know who you are when you arrive ,and they actually love animals. Is the first Animal Hospital that my dogs are at ease and feel comfortable.The place is very clean and the reception area very elegant and inviting. Exquisite services and the doctors always take his time to explain the disease and options and still finds time to play with my dogs. They are always treated both their pets and human clients with compassion and dignity,and would never recommend procedures unless he truly feels your pet will benefit from it. One of the vets that cares for your pet. The prices are reasonable and the services exceed all expectations. I Highly recommend Western Animal Hospital

False Groupon Advertisement. I purchased a Groupon for Western Animal Hospital - $600.00 worth of Dental Care for only $300.00. The actual dental cleaning cash price is only 285.00 for cleaning and anesthesia, which my Groupon covered. However, there are additional fees that the Groupon does not cover, even though its all for dental care, an additional $95 for a catheter and fluids, which is required, and $155 for bloodwork (waived if you can fax over current bloodwork, which was able to do) and $35 for pain medication upon check-out (which I declined). Also, if my dog need to have any teeth pulled during the dental cleaning, there is an additional charge for that as well, per tooth (she didnt need any teeth pulled). I argued with the gal at the front desk that I would be paying $300 for a $285 procedure for the cleaning and anesthesia only and that this made no sense to me. The Groupon I purchased said up to $600 worth of Dental Care. Would I get a second cleaning for free then at a later date to total the $600 offered? No! At this point several people got involved and kept trying to tell me that I only paid $300, what did I expect? Yes, that is true I only paid $300, but they are advertising $300 for $600 worth of Dental Care. After a lot of back and forth, they agreed to give me a $15.00 credit towards the catheter price of $95. I was told that this was all that they could be done since the manager was off that day. This is a total scam if you purchase that Groupon. Only 1 has been sold, and it was me that got suckered.

AMAZING! Western Animal Hospital is the best place in the valley .The staff is professional, friendly, caring and accommodating. The hospital is very clean and upscale. The customer service and the provided services are outstanding.Dr. Petcu is one of the most professional veterinarians that i have ever met in my 25 years of pet parenting. I drive across the valley just to see him( i live in Anthem) .He really cares about his animal patients and it shows in every visits . He is very knowledgeable , compassionate, friendly and always takes the time to answer any question i have and explaining in detail any situation we are dealing with. They have the laser surgery . Dr. Petcu is one of the most courteous and pleasant Vets I have ever met. The prices are more than reasonable and also they try to accommodate everybody. I cannot recommend them enough. You can rest easy knowing your pets are in their care.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL - THEY HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE IN ME!

He saved our cats in many instances and all I have to say is that I greatly reccomend Dr Petcu and his facility for any responsable pet owner

Just wanted to say I love Dr. Petcu's and Dr. Lent's staff They are compassionate , caring way of taking care of my dogs.The staff is not only friendly and professional ,they know who you are when you arrive ,and they actually love animals. Is the first Animal Hospital that my dogs are at ease and feel comfortable.The place is very clean and the reception area very elegant and inviting. Exquisite services and the doctors always take his time to explain the disease and options and still finds time to play with my dogs. They are always treated both their pets and human clients with compassion and dignity,and would never recommend procedures unless he truly feels your pet will benefit from it. One of the vets that cares for your pet. The prices are reasonable and the services exceed all expectations. I Highly recommend Western Animal Hospital
