If you could give more stars this place would deserve it. I was a vet tech for 12 years and it's been challenging finding a place where I trust both techs and doctor. Been using a vet on North Side before we moved to Mesa because my two besties work there and I use to work there. But I never let any tech touch my dogs besides my friends because had bad experiences with new techs. Anyways, tried this place in March. First front desk lady super nice! Tech was great, so nice!!! Dr. Shaird just lovely and amazing doc. Best clinic ever!!!!!!! Made such a great chose in picking this clinic.

I am not quick to write a review but I had such a wonderful experience that I am compelled to share with others who may be unsure where to go. They were thorough, knowledgeable, clean, kind and very reasonable in price. They did not try and charge extra unnecessary procedures during the exam and were honest; my trust and respect have been established at this clinic. Also, they were able to see us the same day. I am recommending this veterinary team to anyone who asks.

This clinic is hands down the most amazing clinic I have ever been to, I feel 5 stars just isn’t enough. Dr. Chavarry is an absolutel incredible vet and she really goes above and beyond for your animal. She always answers any and all questions you may have in very clear detail and in a way that you can understand. She took such amazing care of our little guy Tater, I am SO grateful I took him there and that she was the vet who helped us. The front and back office staff was awesome as well, they were all great but most of all Miss Vickie was very kind, sweet and helpful when I was in a time of need. I am SO grateful for this vet office, I will not be taking my babies anywhere else. Thank you all so very much, there are not enough words to explain my gratitude.

My Boxers seem to favor doctor Chavarri, probably because she has a boxer too!😊 ...seems to be a fun place to work too!

They seemed nice enough, but a lot of their procedures didn't make any sense. My pet was supposedly not in pain, but was given two pain meds. I loved that they recommended alternative therapies like cold water therapy or acupuncture. However, they only recommend companies that were under the same umbrella they were under. Not a big deal, except the prices were at least twice as much as the going rate elsewhere. It seems like it's another vet in the business of money only and not the welfare of animals.
I did give them four stars because everyone was nice and calm. They are also pretty good about scanning strays when you find them.

I called as my normal vet was not available. My dog's eyes were infected and I needed him to be seen. I called 3 hours before they were going to close. I had never been here before. They took me right away and were so attentive and awesome!!! Very caring and informative. Gave me what was needed and I was out of there in less than an hour.
At my normal vet, with a normal apt. I wait one hour or more to been seen.
Needless to say, I am not changing my vet to Augusta Ranch Animal Hospital.
Thank you!!!! I couldn't ask for a more caring place.

If you are well read and specific and know what shots you are wanting to give your dog, they give you EXTRA boosters and then call you to come in again. Completely rediculous. Staff was rude on the phone attempting to explain their reasons for calling you about your dog needing more shots you didnt ask for. Had Dr. call me back and HE was condescending "oh I explained that" NOPE you didn't. Miffed he had to make a call to explain his staff and incorrect records on my dog and what drugs/vaccines she was given and he wanted ME to apologize for my tone. Rediculous. NOT the first time administrative screw-up here and I'm DONE. Stay away or get out your wallet and expect to be talked into boosters and re-visits for simple annuals. Also, my dog has NEVER in her 7 years on the planet NEVER yelped when getting a rabies shot. Duh. This office is scattered and harried and does not keep accurate records on your pet. This place has gone downhill. They had a great vet here once Dr. Daigle but she quit. PLENTY of other vets in Mesa and Gilbert to visit.

Dr Oliver is the best Vet I have ever had....Gentle, kind and extremely intelligent. After being misdiagnosed at an emergency pet clinic I came here for a second opinion. Dr Oliver made an accurate diagnoses and treated my pet accordingly. She was 100% better by the evening on the day I went to see him. Can't say enough good things about this clinic and Dr Oliver. Will never take my pets anywhere else. The staff is above all I have ever seen. God Bless these people. TY Dr Oliver...Dinky says she loves you...

If you could give more stars this place would deserve it. I was a vet tech for 12 years and it's been challenging finding a place where I trust both techs and doctor. Been using a vet on North Side before we moved to Mesa because my two besties work there and I use to work there. I am not quick to write a review but I had such a wonderful experience that I am compelled to share with others who may be unsure where to go. They were thorough, knowledgeable, clean, kind and very reasonable in price. This clinic is hands down the most amazing clinic I have ever been to, I feel 5 stars just isn’t enough. Dr. Chavarry is an absolutel incredible vet and she really goes above and beyond for your animal. She always answers any and all questions you may have in very clear detail and in a way that you can understand. She took such amazing care of our little guy Tater, I am SO grateful I took him there and that she was the vet who helped us. I called as my normal vet was not available. My dog's eyes were infected and I needed him to be seen. I called 3 hours before they were going to close. I had never been here before. They took me right away and were so attentive and awesome!!! Very caring and informative. Gave me what was needed and I was out of there in less than an hour.
At my normal vet, with a normal apt. I wait one hour or more to been seen.
Needless to say, I am not changing my vet to Augusta Ranch Animal Hospital.
Thank you!!!! I couldn't ask for a more caring place.

If you are well read and specific and know what shots you are wanting to give your dog, they give you EXTRA boosters and then call you to come in again. Completely rediculous. Staff was rude on the ph...
If you are well read and specific and know what shots you are wanting to give your dog, they give you EXTRA boosters and then call you to come in again. Completely rediculous. Staff was rude on the phone attempting to explain their reasons for calling you about your dog needing more shots you didnt ask for. Had Dr. call me back and HE was condescending "oh I explained that" NOPE you didn't. Miffed he had to make a call to explain his staff and incorrect records on my dog and what drugs/vaccines she was given and he wanted ME to apologize for my tone. Rediculous. NOT the first time administrative screw-up here and I'm DONE. Stay away or get out your wallet and expect to be talked into boosters and re-visits for simple annuals. Also, my dog has NEVER in her 7 years on the planet NEVER yelped when getting a rabies shot. Duh. This office is scattered and harried and does not keep accurate records on your pet. This place has gone downhill. They had a great vet here once Dr. Daigle but she quit. PLENTY of other vets in Mesa and Gilbert to visit.

Dr Oliver is the best Vet I have ever had....Gentle, kind and extremely intelligent. After being misdiagnosed at an emergency pet clinic I came here for a second opinion. Dr Oliver made an accurate diagnoses and treated my pet accordingly. She was 100% better by the evening on the day I went to see him. Can't say enough good things about this clinic and Dr Oliver. Will never take my pets anywhere else. The staff is above all I have ever seen. God Bless these people. TY Dr Oliver...Dinky says she loves you...
