I USED to love this place. Dr. Senter used to think outside the box, wouldn't nickel and dime you to death, would help coordinate treatment plans by consulting with other docs as necessary with a simple phone call. But over the last few years, her priorities seem to have changed and none of those qualities apply anymore. They were completely unaccommodating when we had to put TWO of our special needs dogs to sleep. No sympathy cards after from them or anything, like in the past. They constantly want to refer out to specialists now--for virtually eveything. And in the last several visits, I have specifically heard the words "I don't have time for that" out of her mouth and her assistants---NUMEROUS TIMES! Once when I wrote an email to them when I was upset with the behavior/remarks of one of their techs, it was another tech (Dr. Senter's husband) who addressed it, instead of Dr. Senter--guess, she didn't "have time" for that either. I don't fault anyone for starting a family of their own but it appears to have taken precedent over her practice. (Evident by the crying baby in the background on the phone while her husband argued with me about the fact that a sympathy card SHOULD have gone out to us--but didn't.) Unfortunately, I have to take my business elsewhere, because my pets are MY CHILDREN and are JUST as important to ME. Sadly now, I NO LONGER feel my pets are important to Dr. Senter. Very sad is that I had been a client at this location for over 16 years--even before Dr. Senter was there.
P.S. I should add: Once in her maternity absence, they had a "sub" vet that was sooooo HORRIBLE that he kept insinuating that my dog was going to be dead within a year. "Bless your heart for taking this little guy on, but it probably won't be an issue in a year". Said it repeatedly, with additional references that he would die within a year, but hadn't even read his chart, wasn't up to speed on his (and his brother's) illness/disease--special needs. Ridiculous! This is the kind of person they leave the care of their business with??!! Read Less
