I read reviews about this place and I really liked what I read. So I tried making an appointment with them for months. But I never got the appointments I requested. Therefore, I couldn't go because of my hectic work and school schedule. I was finally able to go recently with my dogs. I am so glad I decided to keep trying. The veteranian was extremely kind to my dogs. He talked really softly and had a very gentle touch. I could tell he loved animals and had a passion for his job. I liked that he was patient with my fearful dog who was panicking a lot, even though it was past closing time.Afterwards, I made another appointment for grooming and the groomer was great. She actually listened to what I wanted. She didn't take the easy way out and shave my horribly matted dog. He looked really cute and was trimmed very cleanly. My favorite part were his paws. She shaped them cutely so you could see his toes. She also trimmed his bottom very neatly and minimally. So she only exposed the necessary parts, and shaped his hind quarters to look like a corgi butt. It was cute, especially since he is not a corgi. The only problem I had was his tail.  It was thinned out messily. I don't blame her though. He had severely matted fur there. It was still the best groom. The best part was she was able to do everything in under 2 hours for the 2nd best package deal. I forgot what it was called. It included a bath, nail trim, trim cut, ear cleaning, brushing, anal expression, and maybe some other stuff. I forgot to tip because I was panicking that I couldn't pick up my dog for almost an hour after his groom. I've had really bad experiences with past groomers, especially if I arrived late. I felt really bad because she was the best groomer I met so far. When I take my other dog, I plan on rememberimg to tip. The only suggestion I have would be that the receptionists be a bit more hospitable. Read Less

Im sure they are very capable of taking care of your pet. I was 14 min late as I had to take my friend to the hospital he was having a stroke. My dog was bleeding profusely from his paw. I informed then of that and the still just rescheduled me. I am fully aware that this was my fault I was late they had every right to turn me away. My score is based on the idea that they schedule you for very little time with the vet and could care less about the condition of the pet. They didnt even offer a possible resolution to the problem.   I repeat this is not about the quality of care im sure they are more then able to care for your pet. I was at the facility with a bleeding dog during the time of my appointment (assuming they scheduled appointments to last more then 14 min). Read Less

I had to make a last minute appointment for my pup that hadn't been seen by this office before. They got her in within a couple of hours. We were seen right at the appointment time, without having to wait around. When the tech, Donna, came in, she greeted my dog first and was so sweet and gentle with her. The doctor was just as kind to her. They were both extremely helpful and informative. They were also very fairly priced and affordable. I will only be bringing my dogs here going forward. Read Less
