As a prior vet assistant/receptionist for over 20 years, this is where you want to bring your fur babies. We have 2 cats and 1 dog, and have been using them for years. The front office will make or break an office, and this team will make it. They are caring and compassionate, and will take the time to listen to your concerns. The technicians are gentle and efficient. We have seen all the docs, and they are great. They each have taken time to listen to our concerns, and do a thorough physical exam every time. We love Dr. Schneider for our senior cat, he is definitely a "less is more" when handling her, which really helps with reducing her stress. All of the doctors give as many options as possible for treatments, and are not afraid to take the conservative route when an option. I will say they may not be the "cheapest" clinic around, but I will tell you, they are by no means overpriced. You get what you pay for, good care has cost. It's gold when a doctor finds good staff. If I was to go back to work tomorrow, I would be putting my resume in at Fletcher Heights Animal Hospital, it's the way a clinic should be run, and the environment I would want to work in. Read Less
