We are a compassion-driven practice dedicated to doing all we can to keep animals in their homes instead of being relinquished to shelters due to medical expenses, and to supporting local rescues in their efforts to save shelter animals from euthanasia.

This is the worst animal hospital I have ever been to. My precious cat whom had a litter of kittens 2 weeks prior became very I'll very rapidly. I thought she was getting depleted of vitamins & minerals from nursing (8 babies) when I brought her in they said she was pale and looked sick and recommended a vitamin b-12 shot & iv antibiotic. They said they were going to do a panel on viruses that she may have as well. Within 10 minutes they give us the bad news she does have an incurable virus and most likely all her kittens and my 3 other cats. We decided since she was in so much pain and her milk was dry (we we're bottlefeeding the babies) we we're going to send her up to heaven, the rainbow bridge, or where ever cats go~ it was a terrible time, my 12 year old son ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATED. I asked if they could give me a deal on the test for my other 3 cats ($90 each) she was supposed to call me back, a week later, no one has called me back. Then I look at my bill and discover they charged me for the vitamin b shot AND the antibiotic!! $80! Ummmmm, pretty positive my cat did NOT need those 2 things during the 10 minute wait for the test to come back. I have called not once, not twice, but THREE times to inquire about this, and what a SHOCKER!! NO one has bothered to called me back. Think I'm going to report bad practice here and taking advantage of a distraught family. Boo!!

Bethany Animal Hospital has the most caring & dedicated staff I've ever found. Every single person there really cares about the well being of pets they treat & their owners. We brought our cat Cooper in when he had stopped eating and wasn't breathing normally. They were able to run the minimum necessary tests which was amazing because we are a low income household. Over the last few months we have been back in with Cooper follow up appointments and treatments & B.A.H. also accommodates our work schedules by letting us drop kitty off for his appointment before work & pick him up after. The most important thing is that our sweet little Cooper has a second chance and isn't suffering like he was. I can't say enough good things about the team they have there!

Made an appointment, and it was scheduled a week out because I needed a later appointment. Came in for my dogs appointment and was told she wasn't on the scheduled, it was for the day before. I told her I was scheduled for today at 5, and she said "Oh no, we dont have 5 o'clock appointments, we are basically done for the day". It was 4:30, the place doesn't close until 7, there was one other person checking in after me. Couldn't accommodate me for scheduling error? My family and I have a combination of 6 animals we bring to this vet, and have been for years. They just lost our service.

This hospital is always warm and welcoming. I have taken both my cat and dog here for different check-ups/ exams/ treatment. The woman up front, Victoria, is always the one to help me. She is very friendly, courteous, and answers any concerns I may have. It's very uplifting to walk into an animal clinic and have a friendly face great you right away. They have great prices, and a wonderful staff. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Worst service ever. I took my dog to get neutered last week and my visit before that was to get all the shots and blood work done so my dog could get neutered. I get there and the lady at the front desk stated that my dog needs blood work and that the surgeon may not be comfortable doing the surgery without doing the blood work and I may have to reschedule. I told the lady that my last visit was supposed to have had the blood work and shots done so he could be neutered. She stated that she did not see any blood work in their system and that she was not there so she did not know what happened. I asked her why didn't you guys call me ahead of time and tell me that my dog needed blood work? She replied again I wasn't there so I didn't know what was going on. I asked her why would you guys schedule a dog to be neutered without doing the blood work? Does not make any sense. She left and went to her desk and was on the phone which was very unprofessional. I took my dog and left to take him back home so I can go to work. Thanks to Bethany Animal Hospital I was late to work for the first time.

Staff is friendly, knowledgable and very competent over the phone. During each visit, communication with both vet and vet tech has been beyond stellar. What I value most is that everyone in office delivers facts while keeping compassion at the front line. Costs are budget friendly. This is the preferred vet facility of several animal rescues throughout the valley so that should tell you a lot!

I recently asked to have my dogs nails trimmed, and rather than doing so and charging me the staff told me it wasnt necessary as they were already a bit short and sent me on my way. I'll continue to drive nearly 10 miles to continue going here.

Ok I love this place and I would take my dog dj back anytime he needs anything. I had found out about 2 months ago that my dog had a stone in his bladder this is after paying close to 800 at other location to find this out. The other location gave me an estimate of 2200 to have it surgically removed. After already paying 800 no way can I afford another 2000. So I went to Bethany animal hospitals cause a friend recommended it and I was welcomed with a big smile and such nice workers. Dr Bodiker was so nice and made sure that I knew exactly what was happening how I was happening when it was happening which made me feel very secure. I was so happy after I got the estimate and it was half of what I was told before at another location. Dj had surgery and all went so good Dr Bodiker even repair DJs hernia while doing the surgery at no charge. Dj is now fully recovered and back to is happy self. I'm so pleased with my experienceThe only thing bad I have to say is this place needs to be remodeled such great employees in service the building itself does not reflect that at all.

We have been coming to this hospital for 8 years now and they have always been great. We have a rescue dog named zombie and when he came to us he had been through some trauma and had a really bad skin problem. Bethany warmly welcomed us back and saved our dogs life. They wrapped him in honey bandages 3 times a week until he completely healed. We now live in east Mesa and still drive out here if one of our fur babies needs help. Thanks Bethany animal hospital for everyone's hard work and true love of animals.

We have always had a great experience at Bethany Animal Hospital- including our latest addition- a medical foster who we adopted. On her first visit the Vet Tech was kind and patient as Pauline came out of her shell. Dr. Andre and other Veterinarians are great diagnosticians and are very practical in recommending treatment-considering efficacy, cost and tolerance of the individual animal. I LOVE Bethany Animal Hospital! My dogs love going there (they even got my big Mastiff on the scale!). The front office staff is always kind and helpful, and the doctors are the best. They have dealt with two of my difficult dogs with smiles and compassion. We drive a long way to go there....but I wouldn't want my dogs to be seen anywhere else!

My experience here was horrible. I brought in 2 stray cats, but they weren't really stray. They were abandoned by someone in the apartment complex and I had brought them into my home. I needed to get them fixed and was offered it done for free. Well, one of the cats passed away, why I do not know. However, their treatment when we went to pick them up was horrible. They wanted $189 to return the ashes to me, but irregardless, I was responsible for disposal of the cat at a cost. I drove home with a dead cat in my car and in tears from this heartless staff.

I've been taking my dogs to Bethany animal hospital for a few years now. While the exterior is nothing to write home about, it's well worth not judging the book by the cover. The doctor and vet techs are very nice and knowledgeable. They are very good at accommodating emergencies, like the time I thought my dog gotten into poison. She was unable to walk straight, stumbling into the ground, and vomiting repeatedly. I did a swoop and run, and called them on my way over to let them know I was coming. Turned out to be an inner ear condition that just needed over the counter motion sickness medication until in resolved. Whether it's been scary like that, kinda normal, like ear infections, or spay surgeries, I've gone to see them and can rest easy my babies are in good hands. They are very reasonable on price, and will give you all the options they can for taking care of the problem.

I'd recommend Bethany Animal Hospital to any pet owner in Phoenix, I called to see if they did walk ins after my dog was attacked by a stray and even though they didn't they made the time to squeeze her in the schedule right then and there which I'm grateful for, they were really kind and knowledgeable they gave me medication for her pain and x-rayed her paw for a pretty cheap price, if I ever need to take my pets to a clinic it'll be this one for sure

Made an appointment, and it was scheduled a week out because I needed a later appointment. Came in for my dogs appointment and was told she wasn't on the scheduled, it was for the day before. I told her I was scheduled for today at 5, and she said "Oh no, we dont have 5 o'clock appointments, we are basically done for the day". It was 4:30, the place doesn't close until 7, there was one other person checking in after me. Couldn't accommodate me for scheduling error? My family and I have a combination of 6 animals we bring to this vet, and have been for years. They just lost our service.

This hospital is always warm and welcoming. I have taken both my cat and dog here for different check-ups/ exams/ treatment. The woman up front, Victoria, is always the one to help me. She is very friendly, courteous, and answers any concerns I may have. It's very uplifting to walk into an animal clinic and have a friendly face great you right away. They have great prices, and a wonderful staff. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Worst service ever. I took my dog to get neutered last week and my visit before that was to get all the shots and blood work done so my dog could get neutered. I get there and the lady at the front desk stated that my dog needs blood work and that the surgeon may not be comfortable doing the surgery without doing the blood work and I may have to reschedule. I told the lady that my last visit was supposed to have had the blood work and shots done so he could be neutered. She stated that she did not see any blood work in their system and that she was not there so she did not know what happened. I asked her why didn't you guys call me ahead of time and tell me that my dog needed blood work? She replied again I wasn't there so I didn't know what was going on. I asked her why would you guys schedule a dog to be neutered without doing the blood work? Does not make any sense. She left and went to her desk and was on the phone which was very unprofessional. I took my dog and left to take him back home so I can go to work. Thanks to Bethany Animal Hospital I was late to work for the first time.

Staff is friendly, knowledgable and very competent over the phone. During each visit, communication with both vet and vet tech has been beyond stellar. What I value most is that everyone in office delivers facts while keeping compassion at the front line. Costs are budget friendly. This is the preferred vet facility of several animal rescues throughout the valley so that should tell you a lot!

I've been going here for nearly 3 years now, the place is affordable and staff are generally sincere and courteous. Usually a quick in/out. I recently asked to have my dogs nails trimmed, and rather than doing so and charging me the staff told me it wasnt necessary as they were already a bit short and sent me on my way. I'll continue to drive nearly 10 miles to continue going here.

Ok I love this place and I would take my dog dj back anytime he needs anything. I had found out about 2 months ago that my dog had a stone in his bladder this is after paying close to 800 at other location to find this out. The other location gave me an estimate of 2200 to have it surgically removed. After already paying 800 no way can I afford another 2000. So I went to Bethany animal hospitals cause a friend recommended it and I was welcomed with a big smile and such nice workers. Dr Bodiker was so nice and made sure that I knew exactly what was happening how I was happening when it was happening which made me feel very secure. I was so happy after I got the estimate and it was half of what I was told before at another location. Dj had surgery and all went so good Dr Bodiker even repair DJs hernia while doing the surgery at no charge. Dj is now fully recovered and back to is happy self. I'm so pleased with my experienceThe only thing bad I have to say is this place needs to be remodeled such great employees in service the building itself does not reflect that at all.

We have been coming to this hospital for 8 years now and they have always been great. We have a rescue dog named zombie and when he came to us he had been through some trauma and had a really bad skin problem. Bethany warmly welcomed us back and saved our dogs life. They wrapped him in honey bandages 3 times a week until he completely healed. We now live in east Mesa and still drive out here if one of our fur babies needs help. Thanks Bethany animal hospital for everyone's hard work and true love of animals.

We have always had a great experience at Bethany Animal Hospital- including our latest addition- a medical foster who we adopted. On her first visit the Vet Tech was kind and patient as Pauline came out of her shell. Dr. Andre and other Veterinarians are great diagnosticians and are very practical in recommending treatment-considering efficacy, cost and tolerance of the individual animal. We're glad we found this clinic!

I LOVE Bethany Animal Hospital! My dogs love going there (they even got my big Mastiff on the scale!). The front office staff is always kind and helpful, and the doctors are the best. They have dealt with two of my difficult dogs with smiles and compassion. We drive a long way to go there....but I wouldn't want my dogs to be seen anywhere else!

My experience here was horrible. I brought in 2 stray cats, but they weren't really stray. They were abandoned by someone in the apartment complex and I had brought them into my home. I needed to get them fixed and was offered it done for free. Well, one of the cats passed away, why I do not know. However, their treatment when we went to pick them up was horrible. They wanted $189 to return the ashes to me, but irregardless, I was responsible for disposal of the cat at a cost. I drove home with a dead cat in my car and in tears from this heartless staff.

I've been taking my dogs to Bethany animal hospital for a few years now. While the exterior is nothing to write home about, it's well worth not judging the book by the cover. The doctor and vet techs are very nice and knowledgeable. They are very good at accommodating emergencies, like the time I thought my dog gotten into poison. She was unable to walk straight, stumbling into the ground, and vomiting repeatedly. I did a swoop and run, and called them on my way over to let them know I was coming. Turned out to be an inner ear condition that just needed over the counter motion sickness medication until in resolved. Whether it's been scary like that, kinda normal, like ear infections, or spay surgeries, I've gone to see them and can rest easy my babies are in good hands. They are very reasonable on price, and will give you all the options they can for taking care of the problem.

I'd recommend Bethany Animal Hospital to any pet owner in Phoenix, I called to see if they did walk ins after my dog was attacked by a stray and even though they didn't they made the time to squeeze her in the schedule right then and there which I'm grateful for, they were really kind and knowledgeable they gave me medication for her pain and x-rayed her paw for a pretty cheap price, if I ever need to take my pets to a clinic it'll be this one for sure

The employees are nice and the we're no long wait times but takes of bleach, both of my puppies couldn't breathe there very well, they charged for a benadryl shot to stop their reaction to the bleach...
